very safe, and quiet,plenty of parking

The internet wasn’t the best

House keep was my only problem didn’t bring me toilet paper or clean towels to my room I after to ask and still didn’t do it, so I had to ask the front desk to give me some towels and toilet paper

Tremendous value, great property, friendly staff

Room was huge! And the shower was phenomenal! Hot water and a massaging shower head!!

Very nice property and made my stay in Katy enjoyable.

Pool was closed for our 4 days stay, AC not working, you could find in the room small roaches

Booked to use the jacuzzi and pool, but it was out of order, otherwise would be a 5 star.

Loved how clean the room was and how good it smelled when i opened the door. This will be my go to spot for over night stays. The room was very spacious with high ceilings

Pool closed water nasty and green, looks like this hotel is housing section 8 residents. Faculty is very nice breakfast doesn’t include eggs, no cream cheese for bagels. Happy with the room and it was quiet.

They would not accept my chime card for the $50 deposit so they canceled the order and said I had to get the money back from y'all and I haven't heard nothing yet from y'all about getting money back and then I booked with Studio6 pay on my card and When I went there they charged my card again and said I had to get the money back from you now my bank has a dispute that I'm trying to get settled now for my refund

Nice comfy hotel

Everything was great, I see a lot of people upset about not getting towels or their room serviced, but it states before you purchase that they do house keeping on the third day of your stay. Its not like you find out when you show up for your stay. anyways, rooms were huge, room could've been colder but I prefer extreme cold, haha. my family was satisfied with the temp. overall great stay, I will be back next time in katy! They also offered free breakfast the weekend we went, very good!

We were put in a room with a non working A/C, we were too tired to pack up and move that night so we just stayed there, woke up at 5 am and couldn’t stand it anymore, go down stairs to find out there had been a shooting in the parking lot!! They did switch our rooms when we asked but then put us in a room that the shower pull to turn the shower on was broke (it could still be turned on but you had to dig down in the faucet to pull up the lever) , I asked 3 different times if they could send the maintenance guy to see if it could be fixed and they never sent anyone… the hot tube was out of order the entire time we were there, not a big deal since it is summer.. The pull out couch was terrible the first room with no A/C the pull out bed was broken also.. The breakfast was not very good and the first morning they didn’t even serve breakfast.. The elevator sounded like it was on its last leg.. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because it was very clean but that was about the only positive
