Beautiful apartment, close to the main road, convenient for cars to go back and forth, with only 1 car parking space for lucky people. Near many restaurants so it's convenient. The facility is new so the interior is luxurious and classy. Maybe go once a week hehe

I only experienced it for 1 night but found the room clean, except that there was nothing in the room except for pans and pots. It would be better if the hotel prepared more dishes. I don't know if it was the app or the hotel location, but when I booked a car, they said it was a bit difficult to go because it was a one-way street (probably because of the driver) but overall it was ok.

The receptionist yelled at the guests, when they reported the broken air conditioner, they seemed very upset. The toilet was extremely smelly, I had to close the toilet continuously, there were no shops or restaurants nearby, I had to walk very far to find anything. In general, the service was very poor even though I rented for nearly 800k/night, which is not cheap.

The toilet smells so bad, I have to keep the door closed all the time because the smell gets to my bed. The air conditioner is not cool, there is only one receptionist and one security guard.

This is the second time I've come back here with an extremely bad experience. I've never seen a service industry that can make the same mistake twice, especially about the room class. I booked a room a week in advance, junior one on a high floor, I had a clear note, not that I didn't. When I arrived to check in, I was given room 302, a lower class room, no balcony, a completely wrong room from what I booked. I received a room at a lower price than the room class I booked from the beginning. I called 22housing and they just said sorry and blamed it on having many shifts and many people on duty so they didn't read the specific request? It's unreasonable, right everyone? Even if you don't read the request, it still has to be the right room class, I was careful to book a week in advance. Today it's still raining, after a while of talking back and forth, they even wanted to cancel my room. Today is May 25, 2024, it's raining heavily, 22housing is wrong and still doesn't handle it thoroughly for the customer
