The security guard was cheerful and gallant (he carried my suitcase to the reception desk), the chef cooked breakfast which was okay, the desserts were not diverse, there were 3 people at the reception (2 men & 1 woman), the other receptionist was handsome, gentle, very hospitable but very arrogant, I asked for Zalo but he didn't give it to me🥹, the room was cleaned and washed every day, the room was fully equipped with needles, buttons, razors, nail clippers,...
