The room is big, there are a lot of red ants in the bathroom, the air conditioner is not cool at all, it is very hot, can't sleep at all, turn on the fan and it is hot, inform the owner, he came up to check the air conditioner, told me to wait for the air conditioner to cool down for a while, in the end it was not cool at all. At first, I was surprised why there was a fan in the room. I understand now, I saw that the reviews were good, so I want to try a new place. Not very impressed The next time before going to bed, the room was smaller, but I slept very well. 🥹😭😢

Free breakfast upon booking, other people will ask what time the guest wants to eat and at what time so they can prepare it the next morning, but here at 7:30 I call down to order fried bread and pho, give me an appointment in 15 minutes. But when my family comes down at 8:00 a.m., we have to wait until 8:30 a.m. to get it. I think we should improve this problem so it doesn't affect the guests' schedules.

Central location to walk to Ancient Town. Cozy and comfortable place to stay in Hoian. Every single item in room is so new and modern that made you feel like home. I'm bit hard to sleep at strange place but this room is good light and quiet enough to help me tight asleep. Highly recommended and definitely be back to here when I come back to Hoian. 💚.
