Everything here is bad, check-in takes a long time, the room is old, the paint is peeling everywhere, the room is small, not like in the picture, there is no soundproofing, I booked a room for 1 day for nearly 600, there was a note for checking in a few hours early, they charged me another 600, more than the fee for staying 1 day, I really don't understand how this place does business, spending nearly 1.2 million to stay in a room as rotten as a nostril is a waste of money, I will never set foot here again, it's really too bad!!!

On the public price list at the counter, we have mentioned that a 7-hour stay will be counted as a day's price and you have agreed that we can let you check in. The room was not clean. There was a lot of dust, like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. The TV was old, the refrigerator wasn't cold. Some rooms had broken showers, the water wasn't working properly, the room card sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. I always had to wait for someone to open it for me. The other day, I had something to do nearby so I stayed there for 5 days :)) In 5 days, I changed all 4 types of rooms from high to low prices. As for the receptionist, at first, the male receptionist was very ok, but the female receptionist was terrible, she had no work experience, was not friendly, and her attitude was obvious. She talked rudely. I yelled back several times :)). Every time I go in and out, I feel extremely uncomfortable. The security guard who watches the car at night also demands money openly :)) In general, my experience there is not bad but VERY BAD :( If there was no work, I would not choose to stay there. The owner should also improve the clean and luxurious rooms, along with a more polite and civilized staff, so that the facility can develop even more. (Best regards)

Phòng rất nóng và ông, máy lạnh bị chảy nước và phát tiếng kêu. Sản phẩm vật dụng trang bị sẵn được báo giá khách không dùng đến không khui hàng hay xé tem vẫn bị áp giá tính tiền vào bill mà không giải thích thêm. I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, the price included VAT, but when I checked out and asked for an invoice, the receptionist asked for information and sent it via zalo or email. I provided everything but did not provide me with an invoice. . Check-in is wrong, service attitude is bad

That's a good place for spending night with your lover, the hot tub is great, bed is spacious, facilities are clean, air con and everything else works. There's Netflix available. However the hotel is very very noisy, they clean at midnight and later, almost impossible to even take a nap. People and staff always in and out. Verdict - much better to rent for a few hours to spend time with lovers, but not worth it to stay the night.

Upon check in, the room I booked aircon is not working, the receptionist arrange another room which is not what I want. Upon check in, the bath tub water dispenser was spoilt. Lift always spoilt. They have to arrange another room. The facility in the hotel is so run down. Not recommended. Lift not working for 2 days. However receiptionist is helpful.

If you are old or go on a business trip and need to rest, you should not stay. The couple is more reasonable. Booking room saw to be 24-25m2 but check in, there is 15-16m2 ah. Very suffocating

If I book a VIP room, I have a 504 standard room with no windows, no bathtub, a small baby. I sleep until 18:00 when I go to the bathroom to know the wrong room class, but only stayed for 1 night, so I did not report to change the room. world-weary. avoid it

Arriving in the room to wait 15 minutes, the air conditioner is not cold only blowing the fan even though it has been adjusted many modes. The air conditioner is also timed due to inconvenience, so it is impossible to call people to adjust and fear to change the room due to tiredness to rest soon.
