Khách sạn không có duty, khách đến ban đêm nhận phòng mất thời gian. Phòng không có bàn chải, tivi không có remote, máy lạnh hết hơi, rất nóng. Nhiều sự cố nhưng không thể liên hệ được với ai vì bác bảo về là người hỗ trợ mở cửa phòng cho ở! Mong phia khách sạn kiểm tra là cơ sở vật chất & arrange duty hỗ trợ khách hàng kịp thời.

I had to transfer to the Suvenir hotel in the alley because Kim Hoang Long was overbooked. The reception of both hotels was very helpful to me for this incident. Enthusiastic staff. Rooms are clean, the hotel is near the beach and shopping

Hotel newspaper has car parking space available. At the time of arrival, there was no place to park on the other side of the road. In the morning, I found that I had been scratched with 3 deep lines on the side of the car. Reported to the hotel, the Director said that his party was eating and the car was scuffed first, not scratching the car at the hotel. Doing business disregarding customers.

The room was so small and totally different from what I saw. 2 of the light bulbs was broken; we didn't have much light in the room. And the toilet was bad too. Not like in the photo you guys showed us.

Advantages: By the sea, convenient to the sea, near the bar and the large restaurants, located in the West neighborhood. Defect: - No bathtub as shown. - Non-white cream crumbs do not feel comfortable In the description is free water, but in 3 days the hotel does not fill full water, room 3 persons (1 double bed 1 single bed) for 2 small water bottles, 1 large water bottle which in 3 days not fill water I think the free water in the description but the fact when check out charged the big water bottle, though not so much but feel pretty weird.

The hotel is a bit old, we booked a sea view room, but actually the window on the fifth floor was only visible to the road, unable to see the sea. The room at first entered the smell was not pleasant. Compensation staff enthusiasm, warm welcome. Quality is comparable to the price. The location of the hotel on the one-way street so taxi ride was a bit inconvenient. The hotel is more suitable for Westerners because of the surrounding restaurants, eateries, to eat some good Vietnamese food, we have to take a taxi away.
