I enjoyed my stay here very much, my room was very clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised with how new everything looks and how big my room was, definitely a great value when compared to the hotels I stayed at in Hanoi. The family working the reception was extremely friendly and helpful, they really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean, spacious place to stay at a great value.

The hotel was very central to everything - right across the road from Sun World, lots of great restaurants and cafes. Easy and quick check in. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

The room quality was too bad, I booked 2 double rooms, I got 1 room with 4 beds for 3 women and 1 male, the room service was too poor. The reception is too unpleasant, never coming back to this hotel

All paid. But for ceremony reasons. So my surcharge adds 300k. Reporting to the website does not support anything. Because I don't want to be happy. So I have to pay an extra 300k. Very disappointing.

I book a room for 200k but when I come to check in, the receptionist will say all that room because I forgot to close it on the system. Then I have to pay more to get another room.

Registration of room rent is 24 people. The actual number of people is 20 people, the hotel requires an additional 900k room charge due to arising people. Content: - Have a caller at the morning to confirm the check-in time, agreed at 14h30 '. - At 10:20 am, the hotel staff called for the amount of money (600k) due to late check-in and there was no room at 6 people as practically and requested only internal treatment between the hotel and the customer. - On 3/3/2019 payment to employees, the newspaper arises to 900k. The party requested to explain the reason and issue an invoice but it was not possible. Probably only traded this time. Thank you!
