He thong khong co le tan ho tro, khach phai tu check in nhan phong qua may lop cua khoa nhung cua thi loi, bang khoa đien tu het pin, vo chong minh phai đung ngoai troi nang nong mai moi vao đuoc phong. Toi ra ngoai an ve lai khong vao đuoc nha, đung ngoai troi nong cho 30’ chua co ki thuat nao qua ho tro. Nv support online thi chi biet gui link huong dan bam ma trong khi bang đien tu con loi Battery Low khong hien so đe bam! Minh đat 2 đem, yeu cau hoan tien đe chuyen sang khach san khac thi khong đuoc ho tro. Phong cu, khan tam rat ban. Gia khong he re so voi o cac khach san co dich vu tot hon va khong he xung đang. Khong bao gio quay lai.

The apartment is quiet, there is an elevator that is very convenient to go up and down, close to everywhere. Room was cool and clean.

The toilet has cockroaches. There are ants in the room. Paint peeling off wall. The previous guest's trash is still there. In addition, the room is quite clean and fragrant. The location is right in the center suitable for those who like to go out. Friendly helpful staff. Check in check out self service is quite convenient. Good price.

The hotel is located in the center of convenient transportation, has an elevator, is fully equipped but the hygiene is not good, the bed sheets smell like they have not been changed, the toilet also smells, the kitchen utensils are very old and dirty, in general. Those who need to use the kitchen shouldn't, the rest is ok

The place is clean, it would be great if there was no parking problem. There is no parking space. The tenant was a guest but was cursed by the cleaning staff. One day, he said he left his car, so how could anyone take it out when they left it on the porch, so he had to take it into the house. The car parked on the porch is an employee's car, so the employee goes there to find a place to park it. Who tells the customer to go find a place to park it and the employee leaves the car there without giving priority to customers?? One day, I asked someone to take me inside the house, and asked me to take the car out again. Then at night they wouldn't let me park my car, forcing me to find another place to park. Really bad experience. I would have given it 10 stars but the staff's attitude was bossy so I gave it 1 star, the staff was so unprofessional.

Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ tuy nhiên bạn nào đi xe máy cần cân nhắc vì không giữ xe của khách,bạn phải đi gửi xe chỗ khác rồi đi bộ về khách sạn, cân nhắc kỹ!

Khách sạn tự vận hành dựa trên mật khẩu, không có nhân viên trực tại chỗ, lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho những người ngại giao tiếp và muốn tự khám phá như mình. Nói vậy chứ các bạn nhân viên vẫn online thường xuyên, mình ới các bạn giữa đêm hôm vẫn được trả lời ngay. (Căn nhà 5/5 sao thì các bạn hỗ trợ xứng đáng 6/5 sao.) As anh hotel of self-service, it's totally anh bless for me since I wanted to cut out human interactions, and to explore everything by myself. Actually the staff were available online always and replied my message even at the dead of night. All I needed to run the system applied throughout the building were anh password, anh card and to press some buttons. (A detailed manual including WiFi password would be sent to you 1 day before your check-in.) Sometimes the sensor' sensitivity was poor but I didn't freak out, knowing the staff would guide me through immediately . The hotel itself is 5/5 but the people behind it were totally 6/5!!

Chỗ ở gần, tiện lợi, khách sạn có 3 lớp khoá cho khách tự checkin checkout hơi phức tạp nhưng cũng ổn. Phòng khá sạch sẽ tuy nhiên nhà vệ sinh có mùi của gián nên không thích lắm.
