Really nice fun clean property that's right by the water and a short walk away from the heart of the old town. The whole experience was absolutely spot on, from the check in, to the rooms, to the breakfast that we enjoyed every morning and the amenities including the pool and the free bikes.

Great hotel with great service from the office personnel. They were ahead of needs. Room very comfortable and clean. We had the bridge view. Food was excellent.
We didn’t have time to try the pool. Strong point are location (10 minutes from everything and confort). Breakfast is great with enough variety.

it's a nice hotel. The only negative thing was the rooster next door made noise very early in the morning， it was quite annoying. Also when the neighboring room (side or up) took their shower, it was very loud.

An amazing hotel where the staff go above and beyond to make your stay clean , comfortable. They are so friendly and truly care for each individual guest . The food at breakfast is fresh and has choices for lots of different tastes . I have been here for a week and I am still finding different fruits and pastries to choose from. They offer hot food from Vietnam or even an English breakfast if you so wish. I can not fault this hotel in anyway . Thank you

This place is really a hidden gem! It’s walking distance from old town Hoi-An and some great restaurants. The hospitality of the staff is unmatched and I facilities is impeccably clean. I could not ask for mor and wouldnt think twice about returning!

The staff are very nice and helpful! Breakfast is delicious. The family room is spacious and big enough for my family of 5. The room is clean and looks new. They also provide free airport transfer which is a bonus. Walkable distance to Hoi An old town. Will stay here again if I visit Hoi An again.

This is a delightful hotel, modern and well designed with a great pool. Breakfast is of a high quality with lots of options. It is well located a few minutes from the river and a very short walk to old town. Lots of eating options nearby. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide free bikes. The room was well appointed with English shows and movies on the TV. I would highly recommend Cozy An.

Staff were friendly, and very helpful when it came to booking activities to do.
Located about 5 minutes outside the hustle, with many food options along the way.
Would definitely stay at this property again as it suited our needs perfectly!
