The view of the hotel's coffee shop is very nice. The drinks are ok. Room rental is 20% off on the bill. The staff is lazy to clean the room even though there was a sign asking to come and collect the trash but they didn't clean it.

too bad for nearly 600k - The staff is like a landlord letting people stay. The hotel charged a fee of 200k because I booked the wrong date and changed it without the staff telling me. (trarveloka said that he just found out that money was deducted because he accepted to change the stay date and this fee is charged by the hotel) - The room is normal, the hygiene is still a tube of toothpaste used by a previous guest that hasn't been thrown away :v - Poor soundproofing. Staff talking outside the reception desk in the room can be heard. I went to change rooms but when I ran out of rooms, I couldn't change them so I had to accept - the equipment in the room was sometimes usable, some of the lights were on and some were off, the dryer couldn't be used, the shower faucet was missing the lock, the TV was installed for fun - the staff had an attitude. , booked the wrong date so wanted to change. The staff asked to contact traveloka themselves, did not invite them to sit, did not give instructions, let the guests come to the hotel in the rain to sit on a stool in the parking lot and call themselves to ask for instructions from the apps.

Checked out of this room but was given another room that was not the same as in the photo. When I checked out, they were told it was the same. Room rental does not have free mineral water available. Soundproofing is very poor. Pillow sheets are very dirty. I had to take it off and put my coat on to lie down. Weak WIFI. I don't understand how. The car rental service is higher than the outside price. If there is no raincoat available, you have to pay extra to buy a raincoat. Paid to rent a car for 1 and a half days but only drove for 1 day.

The stay was 1 night but it was the worst place I've been to since flying to Da Lat. I had a late flight and called the hotel receptionist in advance, but the male friend was very rude and not welcoming to customers. The hotel did not have hot water and I was forced to take a cold shower when Da Lat was at 17 degrees Celsius. The receptionist was not professional and did not want to deal with it for me! The next morning I responded and even though I gave you the more professional morning shift, it was too late because I was only there for 1 night! A bad place in Da Lat!

I chose a regular room for 1 night because the price was cheap at 307k 🙊, but the room was quite ok, the staff was friendly, motorbike rental was 100k, the cafe was very nice and guests staying in the room also got a discount

Phòng sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, địa điểm hơi xa trung tâm 1 xíu, ăn sáng ngon chất lượng, quán cf pha hơi nhiều ngọt nên cân chỉnh lại 1 chút, phòng view đẹp mà nhín toàn bụi cỏ với nóc nhà nên không thích lắm.

Khách sạn xa trung tâm, phòng không có cửa sổ, cũ kỹ.. phòng 2 giường 4 người set up chỉ có 2 chai nước mini miễn phí, trong có trà cà phê gói.. điểm cộng có quán cà phê ở trên cũng ổn!

Dịch vụ và mọi thứ ở đây đều ok trừ không gian phòng hơi kín không có cửa sổ và điểm mình thất vọng là phòng tắm :( Vòi tắm thì nước nóng lạnh thất thường không được ổn định huhu khi vặn được độ nước ấm mong muốn rồi thì bất chợt nước lại chuyển sang nóng muốn phỏng da luôn. Rồi khi xoay cần gạt nước qua phía nước lạnh chỉ 1 chút xíu thôi là nước lại trở nên lạnh ngắt luôn :( . TV thì để là smart TV nhưng mà không vô xem được gì cả, mong là hotel khắc phục những điểm đó thì sẽ tuyệt vời hơn ạ

Thái độ của lễ tân nam ngồi quầy rất tệ. Chỗ ở rất xa trung tâm. Nhà vệ sinh bị mùi cống thoát nước rất hôi, khăn tắm rất cũ, thảm lau rất dơ. Mới đặt chân đến Đà Lạt mà gặp quả lễ tân hời hợt, chả mấy Hiếu khách là muốn về lại Sài Gòn luôn. Xa trung tâm và không có máy sấy tóc. Tạm biệt và không hẹn gặp lại
