De Ank'h village homestay

We stayed in room De Ank 04 for 3 nights, and honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in any hotel. The price is ridiculously high compared to what you actually get. On the last night, the hot water completely broke down — actually, it stopped working since the morning, and there was no water at all for shower or basic use. No one fixed it, and there was zero communication or apology. The room is not soundproof at all — you can hear every single sound from all the surrounding rooms, even the smallest noises. It made me so uncomfortable and anxious to even talk inside my own room. Even though we stayed for three nights, the bath gel was never refilled, even after asking multiple times. The drinking water provided wasn’t even sealed bottled water — it was just refilled water in reused glass bottles, which felt totally unhygienic. There’s a large curtain by the entrance, but it can’t be fully closed, meaning anyone passing by could literally see inside the room. There’s no reception desk, no staff or security at night, and no one to help in case of an emergency. Guests are only given a tiny padlock to secure their own vehicle — which feels incredibly unsafe. For 1,600,000 VND (~62 USD per night), this was a total nightmare. Nothing about this place justifies that price. I’ve never experienced anything this terrible — it’s unsafe, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth a single cent.

I searched for a high-end homestay service, but was very disappointed and will not come again 1. There is no accompanying service, the garden space is not maintained, the lake is empty, there is no staff 2. Check in instructions to open the room, with a few instructions, then disappear. 3. The bathtub is big, there is a lot of hair because it is not cleaned thoroughly, everything is not worthy to enjoy. With the price we paid 1.9 million for a room, it would be better to choose a hotel

The staff are friendly, enthusiastic and very cute. Everything here is clean and tidy. Come back next time.
