My room was 35m2, with a nice oblique sea view. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bathroom was fully equipped, and had a separate bathtub. The restaurant's food was quite good, with rich flavors. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes and some nice presentation. However, I didn't like the arrangement with the mirror opposite the bed; it's not good feng shui. The soundproofing at the entrance was terrible. When the doors of the neighboring rooms opened, it sounded like someone was entering my room. I was startled awake thinking someone had come in. I could clearly hear anyone walking or talking outside. I could hear everything the next room was doing. Another drawback was that the hotel required a 500k VND deposit upon check-in, which would be refunded if I didn't use any services. The electricity used touchless switches, which were difficult to use. Overall, for a 5-star hotel, this was not a good experience for me.

I often come to Nha Trang, stay at many hotels but am especially impressed with the service here. I appreciate the support, courtesy, and professionalism from the staff: receptionist, porter, make up room, dining room management.. Additionally, the location is extremely convenient, in the center of Tran Phu, in the shopping center. I will continue to choose Diamond Flight for my next business trips.
