I stayed here for 1 night.
About the reception staff: they supported me very well and cheerfully.
About the hygiene: the food left by the previous guest in the room was not cleaned (because I was busy so I did not report this problem to the receptionist); the bathroom at night gave off an unpleasant smell => I hope the hotel should pay more attention to this problem. to match the room price the guest paid

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Simple check-in and check-out procedures. Clean rooms. Reasonable prices. Hotel near major hospitals such as Cho Ray and University of Medicine and Pharmacy.

The room is too small and cramped. The toilet is clogged and smells bad. There is no drinking water in the room like other hotels. Overall, not good.

Friendly and fast staff. Clean room with air conditioning, TV. Clean bathroom. Some rooms have doors that cannot be closed, so people walking in the hallway will be a bit noisy.

The room was so small that I had to trip over one end and the other. The bed was super small, the shower was broken and fixed in time.
