The hotel was extremely outstanding. The room that we had was so awesome. It's clean, fresh and luxury! the staffs are beautiful and super friendly also helpful. Everything just perfect with a very cheap cheap price that you couldn't expect more. I love everything here and will definitely come back again next time I am in Hoi An.

The service is really bad, when I arrived to check in, there was no receptionist, he was absent 24/7, I didn't need to call him to appear, the room had a mirror right at the head of the bed, it felt very scary if I opened my eyes at night and looked straight into the mirror, the soundproofing was poor, when I checked out, they didn't tell the guest that they had finished checking, I waited forever, and when I asked, they said "oh, the check is done" :))) In general, it's really bad service

Khách sạn có decor, nội thất đẹp. Tuy nhiên dịch vụ chưa chu đáo. Lễ tân hầu như không có mặt để hỗ trợ. Muốn gọi cũng khó vì đường dây điện thoại hỏng, phải gọi bằng điện thoại của mình. TV không dùng được. Ngày đầu tiên đến mở tủ lạnh bốc mùi, phải gọi lễ tân. Và quan trọng nhất là không có thang máy.

Khách sạn có phòng chất lượng rất ok so với giá mình book được, nếu có thêm xe máy để cho thuê nữa thì tuyệt vì khách sạn cũng cách phố cổ cỡ 1.5 km. Tiếp tân không thường xuyên ở quầy.

Khách sạn này trước đây tên khác là golden bell, mình đã ở nhưng không nhớ chính xác tên, xong không hiểu dính phốt gì đổi tên thành 1968. Nói chung kiểu home stay thôi nên không chuyên nghiệp, không hỗ trợ khách như các hotel khác đâu

hai vợ chồng mình checkin lúc 5h kém. nhưng tới không có lễ tân hay nhân viên nào cả, đợi hơn 20p anh kia mới về. 1 điểm trừ. phòng rất sạch sẽ, hơi chật. không có quạt, máy lạnh phà thẳng vào người luôn( máy lạnh sát giường). 1 điểm trừ nữa. Tivi không mở được, không có kết nối ăn ten hay cáp chi hết. Điểm tuyệt vời nhất là phòng sạch sẽ và yên tĩnh. Nếu chọn mình vẫn chọn khách sạn đến vào các lần kế tiếp.
