The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean although a bit small, the price is reasonable during the holiday season. The downside is that there are a lot of mosquitoes.

The hotel is located in the city center (south bank), convenient for traveling. Right next to the Western walking street, so it is convenient for those who like to party, but still not noisy due to good soundproofing. The staff is polite, enthusiastic, and available 24/7. The rooms are new, clean, modern, and have very large wardrobes. The toilet is luxurious and smooth. Fast laundry, received clothes from morning to afternoon. The room has a free minibar with 2 bottles of water/day, coffee... kettle, hair dryer, mini fridge... The only downside is that the toilet paper is very soft, almost unusable. The hotel should consider changing to another type of paper. I booked on a holiday for nearly 600k/night including taxes and fees. The hotel also supports early check-in if needed. If I come to Hue next time, I will definitely come back.
