Good points: Clean, neat rooms, new equipment, neat room cleaning. (Photo 1 + 2 is District 7 branch, photo 3 is Thu Duc branch)
Bad points:
1. Booked a 2-night stay on the app about half a month before arriving, but close to the check-in date, I received a message from the app's customer service saying that the hotel had a power outage (Photo 4). But because it was close to the date, I did NOT CANCEL the room and stayed as booked (Photo 5). In fact, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no power outage, the neighboring rooms were still fully lit and, importantly, there was NO SOUND OF A GENERATOR. The hotel did not have a power outage as reported.
2. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said that the Traveloka app had an error, so the hotel did not receive the room bookings from 3 teams (including me). The receptionist suggested canceling the room and finding another place to stay, the attitude was very indifferent. When asked about the amount of money paid, the receptionist replied that they would work with the Traveloka app and when the app refunded the money, the account would receive the money back 🤡. Wtf episode 1. I asked about the power outage notification, the receptionist said that she was the one who reported it and that I had already reported the cancellation so I didn't have a room, and asked me to check the message I had replied. I gave her the message and after explaining, she said that she had misread it and misunderstood, but there were no more rooms, so I should book another place to stay 🤡. At the 90th minute, she asked to find another place???? A woman from Hanoi had just flown in, so she was so angry that she canceled the room, leaving me and 2 other girls to stay. 3. After a while, the receptionist told us to move to District 7 Sunday to stay for 1 night and come back to GSun5 the next day, the hotel would cover the taxi fee for the 2 Sundays. The reason for booking GSun5 is because the location is near the concert, and the female team also went by motorbike to rest. If it was late at night from CC back to CN Q7, it was far and dangerous to drive across Phu My bridge, so we had to book a taxi for safety. The cost of transportation we had to pay increased several times (on the night of 9/6, taking a taxi back to CN Q7 cost 397k, on the night of 9/7, taking a taxi back to GSun5 cost 102k 🤡)
The experience was really bad…
