The owner is super enthusiastic and cute, the room is clean and comfortable compared to the room price is too cheap, motorbike and bicycle rental is available. It's a bit sorry that I stayed for 1 night, so I couldn't take a virtual live photo.

small, deep pool, not suitable for children. bad breakfast. Pho for children is package pho. There is no view or playground. If you come in just to sleep, you can. Advantages: large room.

Bad room. Stepping into the room, Minhg couldn't breathe. Furniture is old and broken. Dirty blanket. In general, I don't want to go back to this villa again

The hotel did not serve well, after going countdown new year 2019 in Hoi An Ancient Town, I had to climb the fence to enter the hotel because the hotel owner closed the fence and no one was on duty to call to open the door. In the morning of January 1, 2019, early check out did not see anyone waiting to notify the check out, waiting for about 10 minutes to have people. The hotel cost does not match the availability of the hotel!

Villa is clean and beautiful, around quite quiet. Large downstairs room, toilet and large bathroom, quite nice. The waitresses were extremely enthusiastic, and when I was hungry in the morning I asked Cao Lau where they were good, so they went to buy some meals to eat at the villa, quite like it. Will come back to Hoi An.

Water is free, but it is more expensive and expensive, the blankets are torn, the double room deluxe room looks big but it is small, the host is very friendly, the air conditioner is turned on at 17 degrees but cold, the towel Bathe too much of the smell of bleach to the point of not being able to tolerate, good breakfast food.

The hotel service is great. The reception is very attentive. I'm in the 2nd floor, quite new and very clean. But the address is hard to find, the hotel is in a quite remote location.

Nice room clean, pool clean, friendly staff enthusiastic .. Room rates are too cheap compared to the area.
I like the quiet so I did not choose a house in the street and it feels very suitable here. Bike rental of the hotel is always 20k around. Walking from the hotel to the street for more than 1km, there are many kinds of delicious snail shops, cool, riverside restaurants are always introduced by the staff that I forgot my name. Seeing that the hotel has 2 kitchens and a kitchen grill next to the pool but I don't use it.

Near the old town should be convenient to travel. Breakfast only has eggs and bread (omelette, omelet, stirred egg) and no preparation for guests. Bath water is not very hot if you shower in the morning and evening. Mattresses and pillows are hard, lying uncomfortable. Mineral water still charges but not free. No room slippers. Maybe I won't come back.
