The accommodation is close to famous tourist attractions in Hanoi, so it is quite close to travel. Breakfast is also quite delicious and diverse. The hotel staff is also quite enthusiastic. Good staff service, I arrived early and the hotel supported check-in 1 hour in advance. I went to Hanoi in the rainy season, the hotel lent me an umbrella so I could still enjoy Hanoi.
The ceiling of the hotel room was quite low, it felt a bit stuffy. Luckily there was a window so it was a bit more airy.
Suggest the hotel wash the small square pillows on the bed, or just leave them out :D

The hotel is near the center, there are many places to eat, motorbikes for rent, the receptionist is cute and enthusiastic, the breakfast is quite delicious. However, the room is a bit damp and smells when opening the door. Guests are not instructed about cleaning the room. The staff did not clean the room properly, and arbitrarily left the guests' belongings (such as facial cleanser, toothbrush). When the guests asked why they left those things, they received the answer: let me ask the housekeeping staff again, the next day the housekeeping staff replied that it was probably because the new staff did not know. When I heard the answer, I felt a bit disappointed.
