This hotel is located at the center of Old Quarter, making us easy to explore the area. Restaurants, bars, and coffee shops are nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly. I arrived at Hanoi from Sapa at 4 AM in the morning in the middle of cold weather, and he let me take a rest in the lobby until around 8 AM. I registered my booking and walked around while waiting for the check-in time.

The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to check in. New and beautiful rooms. Decor looks very luxurious. Especially, the lake view is very beautiful and convenient for traveling. Like so much. Will definitely stop by again when I have a chance to come to Hanoi. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to check in. New and beautiful rooms. The staff is cheerful and friendly, solving problems quickly. The hotel entrance is small, I think the staff should be proactive in helping guests carry luggage (it would be better if they could bring it to the room). The room is comfortable but a bit damp, I stayed for 4 days but only had my room cleaned for the first 3 days. There was 1 day when it was not cleaned, the terrible thing was that the toilet partition was broken and I was injured (the hotel should replace it with mica plastic to avoid danger for customers, I heard from the staff that the hotel's glass broke many times but why not choose another option). The toilet flush is a bit weak, the cleanliness of the whole room is 7/10 points. The plus point is that the hotel is near the center so it's quite convenient to get around, the room price is reasonable!

I got a room on the 5th floor, with a small window that was quite airy. Compared to the price of 600-700k/day with such a central location, there is nothing to complain about. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The room is small but clean and safe.
