The Manager was very helpful in booking excursions, and transport to airport. Breakfast had plenty of choices.

When we arrive there, we didn’t have hot water. However, this was because there was a small switch on the wall that they did not tell us was necessary to have hot water. Once we are able to flip the switch, the hot water was fine. Just wish I could’ve told us that two days earlier! We had some small ants in the room which when we complained about, they attended to immediately. Other than that, the staff was very kind and they worked hard to please us!

This property should not be listed on any of the reputable sites because it is a scam. We were offered a room different from the one we booked online and that was filthy. In addition , the manager told us that we had to pay her extra because it was a better room while she had nothing else to offer us. From bugs crawling on the floor and beds to worn out beds, bedding and towels to overwhelming sewage smell, this “hotel” was disgusting. Also, the manager was a con artist and was all about selling us tour packages before even checking in and scamming us more. When I complained, she said that the pictures and description we saw online were for marketing. Luckily, we could move quickly to another hotel after I called Expedia. I wish I read the reviews of this dump on Google before booking and not just trusted the reviews on Expedia.com. The one star I put is to just be able to post this review because this place doesn’t deserve any stars.

Customer service was excellent. Mai ,the receptionist was really nice to us and can communicate clearly.

There was ants in the bathroom and in the shower; if you left a cup with water in it; there would be ants crawling all over it the next day. Our bed linens felt damp; we notified reception of this issue ; they said to turn on the a/c but the power to the room would turn off whenever you left the room.There was contruction going on next door that started at 5am; could not get any sleep and there were "air fresheners" in the room; it was very pungent. This was an overrated hotel room for what we paid for. Also, they demanded that we paid in cash despite the booking saying that we could pay by credit card and the sticker on the front door saying that they accepted all the major credit cards. Location was great but could still hear all the noise from the traffic and the constant honking. Would not go back or recommend this place.

Hotel was in a good location in the old section of the city, short walk to most attractions. Got upgraded the first night because my room type was sold out which was a pleasant surprise. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

The property did not look like their pictures advertised online. We needed to switch rooms because the first room smelt terrible. It’s in a busy area, so very loud.

The hotel is in a good location but is very tired and could do with a good clean! We were informed on checkin that we couldn’t have the twin room we booked, but after standing our ground the twin room miraculously became available. Little things like having access to two keys became an issue and required us to request it multiple times. There are some lovely hotels in Hà Nội that are great value, clean and have excellent customer service. I would recommend people stay at one of those.

This property was in disrepair. The staff was very aggressive in pushing their tours. We had them schedule one for us and they promised a much nicer tour than they provided.

I had three rooms confirmed for myself, my sister, and her family. We arrived at 9 pm on Dec 19th after a full days drive with plans for a quick supper, then an early night as we would be leaving again for a tour the next morning. As we knew we would have to be up early, we intentionally booked a hotel in a quiet area, with easy access for the next morning’s pick up. We prepaid the full amount for the three rooms at the time of booking. On our arrival, we were informed that our rooms were not available as they had booked in other large groups, despite the confirmed reservation. They had moved our reservation to their sister hotel without any prior notification. As it was a Friday night, there was an extended wait for a taxi to take us to the new hotel. There was conflict between the taxi driver when one was found as he didn’t want to take all the bags. Two of us ended up walking to the hotel, rather than waiting for a second taxi. With these delays, it was over an hour before we could check in at the new hotel. The hotel we were moved to was in a very busy and loud area of the city. We also had to change our pick up with the tour company and leave earlier in the morning due to being moved to a less accessible area.

Absolutely terrible stay at this place! We came from a 24 hour journey to Hanoi and reached at 1.00am only to find out that they didn’t have the room we had reserved (family room with multiple beds to accommodate a party of 5). Instead they proposed that we split our family and stay in 2 different rooms ‘for just one night’ until they sort it out tomorrow because apparently the family who were using the room we booked would be checking out the next day. The next day, Ms Mai, the manager started by saying that she felt so bad about this situation and she couldn’t sleep the whole night because even she had children and she feels for us because it was a genuine mistake on their part. When we asked for the room we booked, she said that the room would not be available anytime soon. She said that she did not want to “bother us about it the night before and wanted us to rest instead”. Advised her that we wanted to then cancel the reservation because we do not have the room we reserved. Hotels.com called several times to try to resolve the situation and she kept telling them that she didnt have the room we booked but she “upgraded our room for free” and that we agreed to it and therefore we should not be allowed to cancel the rest of the stay. Nasty Nasty people! Ms Mai, you can be so sweet to people when you fool them, because I have seen you do it while dealing with you for 3 hours, but you are one disgusting human being. I truly cannot wish you well.

The photos of this property are out of date, some I couldn’t even see as the hotel. The front doors are completely different, rooms are dirty. staff bribe people to leave 10/10 reviews. They put me in a room with a window and then advised me this is an upgrade and I would need to pay extra per night to stay there. I stood my ground but ended up moving rooms. I’d avoid this property at all costs.

Nice hotel in a great location within easy walking distance of most of Hanoi's attractions. Miss Mai on reception and the other staff were very helpful making suggestions of places to visit and restaurants to try they can also book days out if you want them to.

This place is just incredible! 😍 Location is excellent so close to everything, the street train, shops, lots of food options around! The rooms are very clean, loved it! But my partner and I what we love the most was the people that works there WOW! Mia was soooo helpful, Mia gave us ideas of things we could do in Hanoi, help us to book tours, trains, she was friendly, happy and funny! We loved her😍 and the other people that works there absolutely amazing, happy and ready to help! We are really grateful and very lucky we found them as our first hotel in Vietnam. Thank you ambassador team! You guys are awesome! 😍 Don't hesitate to stay there, you would have a good experience!

We love this property. It’s right in the middle of the best food options and the staff are amazing. The property is well kept, clean and the beds are very comfortable. The rates are very affordable as well
