The room is moldy, dirty, not cleaned,...

Service staff is not good, very attitude to customers. Bad room and improper business

Do not fix leaky water, attitude towards Vietnamese guests, not friendly welcome. Do not send parcels. Unsatisfied

The room is suitable for the price, 300m from the attractions, the hostess and the receptionist are enthusiastic and especially the rice bowl here is delicious 10 points

Good room in price range and central location. It is within walking distance to Sword Lake and Dong Xuan Night Market. Car rental is available. if people want to actively travel to Hanoi.

Bad hotel, dirty, weak water, really boring

Lack of too basic ones. In the room without drinking water, the visitors still did not turn on the circuit breakers, so that they could have electricity to swim five times. Many mosquitoes, air conditioning is not cool.

The room is too dirty, there are ants and stickers in the room, the room is very bad, the room has to be urgently paid, the service charge is full

The hotel does not have elevators, expensive prices, there is no drinking water, narrow rooms

There is no lift even though the room is on a high floor. The hotel is quite small so it is hard to find if you don't pay close attention. Being repaired but still receiving guests so it is very noisy affecting the rest and the lights are damaged

Breakfast items do not do on-site staff must go out to buy. The toilet does not have a cup of water, the room is not as in the picture, has an unpleasant smell, bad.

The hotel is not the same as the photo, the room is very old and smells, the walls and glass have hooked mushrooms, noise. When you book a room, remember to see the comment to know, I will never come back here.

It was a great experience. So glad that I chose a good place to stay in Hanoi. I am very amazed of all the staffs very friendly and polite. They are very enthusiastic in assisting their guests. The staffs in this hotel are best example of people who actually love their work. My room here was very clean and comfortable. I love staying here so further improve the services I would like to suggest one thing specially for the travellers who are not really into winter season or cold weather *please have a room heater* Taking the stairs going up to your respected room is awesome.. I like it!!!

Not as in the picture. Bad soundproofed room. Overall not satisfied!

Rooms, hotels are too bad as in the picture, declare urine and have to walk 5 floors because the hotel has no elevator.

Rooms on the top floor, wind chimes are very noisy. Dry clothes at the door, on the head. Disappointed
