Lack of professional room rental service. Out-of-house guests may not know what to do because the room number is not available, the phone number of the landlord is not available. When the landlord contacted the owner, the landlord said that the room had been rented and changed to another apartment. Because the apartment room, the owner is a resident of the apartment, there is no support from the receptionist.
