The hotel has a good location, the staff at the check-in is not very enthusiastic, the elevator is too small. convenient if the hotel is crowded

Room near the center but slightly old. Do not drink water from the hotel but still have to charge for cleaning the room, lack of water in the cabinet, not much, but very dissatisfied like that.

3-star hotel, but I am sure I will add 2.5 stars. The quality of the interior has deteriorated, and at night, the beautiful and enthusiastic onlookers sent their suitcases back. Later that night, when I was ready to check in, I met a very nice receptionist (this is a lemonade), the receptionist said English to listen to headaches but said so much without eating, when talking to staff else I pointed at me saying "make a quick room for this early check-in". Temporary but adequate rooms, bathrooms and toilets are not separate, the doors are cheap aluminum doors, the quality of cleaning is only available.

Booking first class that receives room is probably the worst (not first class) as its name suggests

Staff not really friendly.. it's ok if you can't speak english.. but no need to shows you annoying face.. Staff also ask me to checkout early.. i understand because of no electricity but no need to talk to me in that manner.. you can ask nicely.. When my stay the electricity were out from 5:30am to 12noon.. hotel also not as per advertisement

The hotel is in the center, near the beach. The furnishings are a bit old but the staff serve enthusiastically, serving breakfast but quality is normal.

Small rooms are not clean, the hotel in my house look more like, noisy room no sound, I will not go back.

Construction work is noisy, the elevator is damaged, the room soundproofing is not good, there is no brush, toothpaste in the room, the air conditioner is uncontrollable, the room is not clean.

Indochine hotel is old. Fortunately, our room had a trouble so we were moved to the new one (Yen Indochine, next to the older). But we had to waiting for 30 minutes, because of the handover between 2 shifts and the key was broken.
