From 1:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m., guests fought and argued, hotel staff did not handle the matter, called the police, and just let each other curse and bang on the door. Loss of sleep.

On the app, it said there was a parking lot. When I got there, they asked me to park the car opposite for 100k/night. I disagree, requested a refund and no longer staying, but so far I have not seen the hotel contact me about this issue

The room was not as expected. The toilet was not even cleaned well before I entered. The surrounding of the toilet was dirty with rust in the urine. The bathtub was dirty with rust stains. The air conditioner was not cool. Overall it was very bad

Bathroom and bedroom are not clean. Very dirty, had to ask the receptionist to help clean the room. The reception can help sweep and clean the toilet, but because I'm too tired, I just ask to clean the room again

- Unprofessional service: the receptionist's attitude is not suitable, does not greet guests, answers blankly, responds slowly, clearly shows no training to the place - The bedroom is not clean , has a fishy smell, the bathroom is dirty, the sink is clogged - The security system is not good, the room is broken, the key is broken In general, people should avoid this hotel. As for the message to the owner of this hotel: if you can't make it to your destination, please close the shop, avoid causing trouble and discomfort to others while the price range is not cheap. No body.

It's a pity that Joy Inn has not satisfied Ms. Linh. Based on your feedback, the hotel has re-checked the information and found that there are a few problems that may be the cause of her unhappiness during her stay:
1. Regarding the problem that she reported that the hotel door latch was broken => Receptionist explained to her that the hotel uses a magnetic lock, so just close it inside, the door will automatically lock.
2. Water outage problem => The incident happened unexpectedly, the hotel tried to fix it.
3. About the attitude of the staff: The hotel apologizes to Ms. Linh if there is a misunderstanding between the two sides. Receptionist Joy Inn received her on the 20th, just started working, so she doesn't know all the work, the hotel is training.
Joy Inn is looking forward to having the opportunity to serve you better in your next stay.
