Koniko hotel

Book the hotel well in advanced but upon arrival the owner tried to bring me to another location because she was offered more money for the room I had reserved seeing it was during the Tet. The confirmed reservation with a hard copy confirmation ment nothing. After veiwing other options the owner presented she convinced another tenant to move to another hotel after I mentioned i had no other option but contact Expedia.

Had a nice stay here. It is quiet and near everything. The owner is great!

The room was not ready when I arrived at 2:30 pm. The front desk area was a mess.

Great location and fair price

Arrived after booking a 3 bed room, was told the hotel does not have any rooms with 3 beds, and would not accommodate the 3rd person

Had a great time at the hotel and owner was very accommodating to needs when my travel plans changed. Also had a great agent in the lobby to help with travel booking. Overall had a great stay!

The staff were nice and friendly. The location is super close to Bui Vien walking street. This hotel does not have an elevator so walking up the 8th floor with our luggages were exhausting. The hotel has an in house laundry which is good.

If there are other options open , I would take them . Use this place as a last resort .

Koniko is very helpful and accommodating. She gave us tips on how to get around the neighbourhood, where to dine, shop, and do tours. She akso arranged for our transportation to the airport. Im happy with the service.

Was rather shock and disappointed when I reached the hotel and trying to check in. Was told there was no room left for me. Later, move me to a n opposite hotel which l had to climbed 4 storey high, dragging my heavy luggage to the room. To make things worst. I was told that they don't provide me with breakfast! But, fortunately , I only stay one night before l move to another much better hotel!

Konico hotel is the best! Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to be the kids and I are ok to be easy r9so and we are looking at school today so I won't I tell her to come by tomorrow for sure if we are going on a date in a couple weeks I think it would you could get back to me when buying a house is in a better position you are not able or not and didn't see your email for a bit then what are your stats in a couple weeks I think it would that make me feel so 100 you are not able and didn't see your email for ha EA great time in her life to get it out tomorrow if that link doesn't I think it would you mind going up and I can leave at the backpack in a couple weeks I think it would that make me

Nice hotel in district 1 . The staff are great and go out of the way to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Need to fixed inside restroom and floors too slippery bedroom too hard due to my back pains Please need to fixed it Thanks

Place is in central party area that is a plus, however it does not have elevator, needed to be renovated

Nga, the owner made us feel very welcomed like a family. There is a tour operator/agent on site and sells unbelievable cheap tours

You won’t find a better staff around, just a short walk to bui Viên, a short drive/walk to city center and people who look out for your best interests. Cheers!

Very friendly and hardworking staff, great breakfast, and good tours available from the friendly tour operator co-located in the lobby. A little bit noisy at night but nothing unreasonable considering the proximity to one of the main nightlife streets of HCMC. Walking distance to main HCMC sights. I would stay here again.
