I like the location, as I was able to walk to the ancient town as well as the silk village, but also got to watch the water buffalos amble across the rice paddy in a shroud of mist in the mornings, framed by the beautiful tropical flowers the owner has planted. Had breakfast there on one morning, and the hotel owners were just bringing the fresh produce back from the market. The owner responded quickly when I needed assistance with how to turn on some items in the room. All the mattresses in Vietnam have been too hard for me, but this one was actually a high quality tempur-pedicure type. I cut the foam mattress topper that I use at home and rolled it up and have been using it everywhere and it has been a big help for a little extra softness. the Wi-Fi worked well in my room

If you're tired of bustling streets full of human beings and noise, this will be a perfect place to stay for a serene recharge. And when you're fully "charged", the bustling streets are just 10 minutes away by bicycle. The hosts are super adorable and welcoming.

Cute, clean rooms, comfortable. Nicolai boss is funny, it is Vietnamese wife and hospitality. location in the alley, not consistent with google positioning. The large space beside me has a very good field view.

The first time I entered the homestay felt very comfortable and pleasant because of the trees and the atmosphere. The homestay owner is the Vietnamese mistress and the Western man is very cute and enthusiastic. The way things are arranged is very beautiful and harmonious. Makes the mood comfortable and strange. first of all the hosts are very nice and supporting. secondly, the bed and rest room are so clean, comfortable and lovely. last but not least, the surrounding of this guest house will make you feel peaceful whenever you sit by the desk and enjoy the beautiful nature there highly recommended when you come to Hoi An ancient town

I went there for 1 night. It was perfect homestay of stunning view of rice field very beautiful and quiet place make us very relax, it’s best choice for Hoi an city. It a bit far from Old town but if you have a motorbike would be perfect for you. The owner of this place is the best ever, they are so nice and make us so comfortable. If i has a chance to come back Hoi an. I would come back here again. Oh i was drinking late at night alone but Eding (theirs dog) were sitting with me till i go to bed. So cute dog.
