There is no elevator but luckily my room is on the 1st floor so it's okay. The air conditioner is stuck and makes a bit of noise and is attached to the wall of the room so it's a bit noisy, but everything else is ok.

I don't understand why the hotel staff mistakenly gave my mother's ID card to someone else when checking out. Didn't they check it again before giving it? They're not careful :))

Check in đúng 14h nha cả nhà. Đi khách sạn mà áp lực ngang áp lực dọc. Nói nói chung ai thích được quản lí thì đi khách sạn này. 11h53 phút lên gõ cửa phòng để khách check out. Sáng đang ngủ nhân viên vệ sinh tự mở cửa phòng.

The hotel apologizes for your bad experience! But please review the Check In and Check Out time when you make a reservation on the app! Normally, our side also often supports guests to Check In early at 12 o'clock and Check Out a little late (However, this is the case to support guests when the hotel is still available). And the hotel's room cleaning time is in the morning, friend (before the housekeeping staff opens the door, they will all knock on the door and notify the guest in advance. If the guest does not respond, the room will be cleaned. Also, if you don't want the staff to clean, you can hang a "Do Not Disturb" sign in front of your door.) In addition, our side has also supported you to book a room but stay in up to 3 people alternately (1 person comes out first, and then you bring another person in) is already illegal. A little advice when you book on OTA channels, please read the content of the check-in and check-out times and the hotel's regulations to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings! The hotel will learn from experience and try to serve guests better! Thank you for your rating and informative feedback!
