The room was very ok. The staff was enthusiastic and friendly. On the last day, I went to Mikazuki and left my luggage at the hotel. In the afternoon, I transferred money to the hotel to book a 16-seat car. The receptionists saw that they didn't have enough time to bring the luggage over and pick up our group, so they hired a taxi to take my luggage straight to the airport and transferred the money for the 16-seat car to me, without missing a penny. Really reputable and friendly. My room was a Family room, with 2 connecting rooms, very suitable for families where parents still want private space (although my family only stayed in 1 room 😂). The buffet didn't have many dishes but it was enough for the kids to choose from. I really like this hotel. If I have the chance to come back, I will definitely stay here again.

The location, staff and room facilities are all very good. However, the hotel's policies are extremely bad and lack transparency. In the Central region - where there are frequent storms in the last months of the year - the hotel does not clearly state that check-in dates cannot be changed due to bad weather (storms, floods) or any form of support in case of force majeure. I have paid the full cost for 4 days and 3 nights, scheduled to check-in on October 23, 2025. On October 22, Typhoon Fengshen (October 23-26) is forecast to make landfall, causing heavy rains across the Central region. Although the storm weakened at sea on October 23, the circulation still caused heavy rains in the area. For safety reasons, I decided to change my flight - Vietnam Airlines supports free ticket changes, but the hotel refused to change the date, requiring check-in on time or a fee of 1 night if changed - something that is completely not stated in the policy. This is a force majeure situation, not due to the customer's arbitrary change, but the hotel still handled it rigidly, inflexibly and did not respect the customer's rights. 👉 Anyone who intends to book a room here should not pay in advance like me to avoid similar risks.

When my family checked in, they encountered a loud, continuous noise from the repair work in the room above. Initially, the hotel CONFIRMED that there was no repair work. When the noise was too loud and prolonged, I went directly to the upper floor and complained. Only then did the hotel confirm that the room above was under construction. The staff apologized and said it had been resolved, but in reality, it continued for another 1-2 hours, making it impossible for my family to rest comfortably. The location, staff and room facilities are all very good. However, the hotel's policies are extremely bad and lack transparency. In the Central region - where there are frequent storms in the last months of the year - the hotel does not clearly state that check-in dates cannot be changed due to bad weather (storms, floods) or any form of support in case of force majeure. I have paid the full cost for 4 days and 3 nights, scheduled to check-in on October 23, 2025. On October 22, Typhoon Fengshen (October 23-26) is forecast to make landfall, causing heavy rains across the Central region. Although the storm weakened at sea on October 23, the circulation still caused heavy rains in the area. For safety reasons, I decided to change my flight - Vietnam Airlines supports free ticket changes, but the hotel refused to change the date, requiring check-in on time or a fee of 1 night if changed - something that is completely not stated in the policy. This is a force majeure situation, not due to the customer's arbitrary change, but the hotel still handled it rigidly, inflexibly and did not respect the customer's rights. 👉 Anyone who intends to book a room here should not pay in advance like me to avoid similar risks.

When my family checked in, they encountered a loud, continuous noise from the repair work in the room above. Initially, the hotel CONFIRMED that there was no repair work. When the noise was too loud and prolonged, I went directly to the upper floor and complained. Only then did the hotel confirm that the room above was under construction. The staff apologized and said it had been resolved, but in reality, it continued for another 1-2 hours, making it impossible for my family to rest comfortably.
