Lovely staff. Spacious rooms with balcony. Really good breakfast! Vy and Muoi were very helpful and welcoming. Location was good. Away from the noisyness of the old town area but still within easy walking distance. We had a very late check in past midnight but they made sure the security guard had our details and gave us the keys with breakfast information and even took us to our rooms to show how everything works! Thank you for a great stay!

Excellent service from reception, kitchen, and security staff. Room was very clean. Not a great view but there is a balcony. I used the balcony to dry out my wet boots. Close to the Old Quarter and the new quarter. Lots of food around the area.

We had an amazing stay here! Room was very clean and modern. Vy and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and helped us arranged tours/taxis etc.
Free bikes are available to use and breakfast is great.

I can’t fault this property and value for money was excellent.
The young lady, Muoi on reception was outstanding, a definite 10 out of 10. On arrival she asked me what I wanted to do and see whilst I was there and then went about booking everything for me. I usually do all my own bookings but she nailed it and got discount prices on everything. I will be back for longer next year

Du blir møtt som en god, gammel venn. Strålende service! Syklene er gratis å låne, og du kan benytte basseng og solsenger etter utsjekking hvis du skal reise videre seint. Stedet oppleves veldig trygt. Kort vei å gå til gamlebyen og gode tips til skomaker f.eks. Eneste litt dumme er at dobbeltsengen egentlig er to senger slått sammen, så det blir grop i midten. AC funker bra og veranda er kjekk. Frokosten er god. Men ta med noe å drepe myggen med, for vi hadde i hvert fall flere på rommet. Stedet passer kanskje ikke så bra for småbarn, da det kan være karaoke på nabobaren til kl. 22. Det plagde ikke oss og vi ville absolutt bodd her igjen, 10/10 ganger!

Kiva, edullinen majapaikka Hoi Anin vanhankaupungin hulinan ulkopuolella mutta kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta on todella ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huoneesta puuttuu palovarotin.
