Everything there is the best. When we arrive at the Mercure hotel, we feel very satisfied with the hotel staff services. They are very helpful with warm welcoming, especially, the services of the staff at the main lobby counter, he is most helpful and very kind to us. He has arranged the best room for our family since my mother is elderly with a wheelchair. He has attended to our request and tried to arrange the suitable room for our family that we are most appreciated in him. The room facilitates us in everything and provides comfortability under a reasonable price. Furthermore, the breakfast is awesome comparing to our experience. In the meantime, the hotel buildings and French villages are really really beautiful with fantastic scenery, performance, and atmosphere. We feel we likely stay in France. In sum, we would like to visit again and again, we are surely to revisit Bana Hills and stay at Mercure hotel!

❤️ I love Mercure Bana Hills so much. Strongly recommended to stay overnight here because you will experience Bana Hills while it's peaceful and quiet time (not full of many people). So much charming place. Breakfast is perfect! So many dishes to enjoy and delicious 🥰

The staffs are friendly and helpful, despite many guests coming in and out. But there are still construction near the hotel and you can hear the sounds from the room, but only during the day. Breakfast buffet has good varieties and delicious.

It's the rainy season.
We went up there and couldn't go anywhere. There were strong winds, heavy rain, fog, and heavy rain. We couldn't see within 50 meters. The hotel's activities and facilities were terrible. We couldn't use them, including the hotel's rides.
The hotel should take responsibility by offering a partial refund, discount, or special promotion to encourage us to return. I hope this will be considered and a response will be given.

the hotel is right at the BaNa hills resort. nicely decorated & very beautiful. However the room is quite dark for comfort, not soundproof at all, we had to call room service because the room next to us was too noisy even @10PM. breakfast is good.

The room is just like the picture, the experience of staying overnight at Ba Na Hills was very fun but the breakfast at the restaurant was not very good, probably depends on taste, but in return it was very diverse. We checked in late but the hotel said check out at 10:30 am which shocked me because it was the first time I checked out this early at a hotel. However, we still left our luggage at the hotel to go out so it was not too big of a problem for us.

A very nice and beautiful resort which in my dream bucket list, but unfortunately our whole room was flooded. Without getting any inform by the resort, they already moved our luggage from floor to bed. No sincere apologies and changed room immediately. After called and requested only able to change room with slow service.
We booked 2 rooms, another room lazy to change after I requested, as it was late and they are tired to repack stuffs. A bit disappointed, no relax & it's tired, wasted!
