The price is too cheap compared to the quality, the elevator is slow even if I go on weekdays but it doesn't affect me because I chose to stay on the lower floor so it's too slow so I take the stairs. My room is air-conditioned and doesn't have much sun, so it's always cool. Free swimming pool and gym are great. There's a parking fee, but it's still much cheaper than a hotel because if you go to a hotel, 4 people get 2 rooms. Good service, if you need anything, just call to ask for quick check in and check out

Very satisfying experience. Room in a luxury apartment, fully equipped. Support for better room upgrades. Extremely convenient location for moving and traveling to Vung Tau. The price is extremely cheap and convenient like a 5-star hotel. There is a swimming pool in the building and a free sauna. There is guaranteed breakfast, coffee and parking services. If I have the opportunity to return to Vung Tau, I will definitely return to The Song and Milan homestay.

Except for the elevator waiting a bit long, everything was fine. I went on Friday, Milan was very enthusiastic in supporting me with early check-in (the issue of early check-in and late check-out incurs an additional fee, the staff informed me in advance, it's up to everyone to choose). The room when I received it was clean, no problems, just the sofa was a bit smelly.

I found the space not very clean, there was still hair from the previous guest on the bed sheet, the kitchen space was not very clean, even though I didn't use the kitchen, the toilet was okay, there were no slippers in the room, if used for a short rest, it was still ok 7/10 points. I really like the swimming pool here but it's quite crowded🥲

This is my second time staying at The Song. Last time I booked from another service provider which was cheaper and everything in the apartment was more complete. This time I booked the exact same apartment, view of the building under construction, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, same layout but only different floors. The bedroom has a makeup table but the mirror is removed. Sigh, there is only 1 pair of slippers, while I reported there were 6 people. There are only 2 pillows for 2 beds, there is only 1 trash can in the bathroom. In general, it is not as complete as the apartment I rented last time, so it is a bit disappointing. I hope that when we see these experiences, we will fix them so that customers have a better view.

The apartment is quite new so everything is fine in general. The only minus point is that some items for replacement such as towels, curtains... just hang them on the drying pole or crumple them and stuff them in the closet, which looks a bit unsightly, but for me it's not a problem. The only downside is that each parking fee is 15k :)

My trip was not planned at all. When my parents wanted to visit Vung Tau, I immediately went on traveloka to find a room to stay for the trip. I read a lot of reviews and experiences of everyone and decided to choose Milan Homestay. I arrived 30 minutes early and checked in 10 or 15 minutes before. The receptionist welcomed me very naturally, gently and thoughtfully. My room was on the 5th floor, near the entrance to the children's pool so my baby loved it, the elevator was also very convenient. Next time I visit Vung Tau, I will definitely choose Milan. Great🥰🥰🥰

Not planning to go to Vung Tau but booked a room at a very good price, 240k 1 day 1 night through the app, also the first time coming to The Song, the staff supported everything quickly and enthusiastically, very assured about this.
The room is quite airy, fully equipped. I am a bit sensitive to noise before going to sleep but the room's soundproofing is a bit poor, it keeps rustling and is extremely uncomfortable, in return the mattress is soft and spacious hihi
The space here is spacious and airy. The view looks out to the building under construction, often pull the curtains so this part is not very important
I heard reviews about the elevator being stuck for a long time,.. but I went during the week, luckily I didn't have to wait for anything. There is a 50m swimming pool, swimming is great, I swam around 8am but didn't apply sunscreen, I got black when I got home 😂 remember to apply sunscreen.
There is a gym and yoga room, a sauna for long-term guests and new residents. I like saunas but hearing this rule makes me a little sad.
Under the apartment building there is GS25 and a few shops, not too many choices of local food for breakfast but if you are not picky about food, it is okay.
Coincidentally, around this time 4 years ago, the first trip with "him" at that time was just a lover. Now returning to VT is still with "him", "he" is now my beloved husband. A simple, fun, happy trip 🥰

I checked in at 12 noon earlier than scheduled so I had to pay an additional fee of 100k
The room was quite good, fully equipped with washing machine and refrigerator, but the kitchen where I went had a pile of unprocessed rocks, and the bathroom door had 2 or 3 clumps of fake eyelashes stuck to it
If you check in early, you probably haven't cleaned it yet so there are still some places that aren't clean and tidy
