Don't come here if you don't want to ruin your vacation. Firstly, from the name: Minh Chau Hotel Hue, so when I come to the place is My Chau motel :) * surprised 1 * Monday, I made a booking on the app quite early, but when I came to checkin (It was around 5-6pm), the receptionist was quite surprised and almost unknown to this reservation. Although I later called the department and let me do the check-in but obviously if I miss the full room, I will definitely not be checked in! Tuesday, after going to the room. The first thing is super foul :) not to mention the oldness of the equipment and the stuffy stuffing of the room. Turns out the room has not cleaned up :) Wednesday, another room with pictures posted on traveloka. Smaller and the equipment is also somewhat degraded. If I don't turn on an extra school fan in the room, I will probably be choked to the point where the air conditioner is in the air! Is the air conditioner working !? Tight room area, hot tunnel space. Bathrooms are not clean and clean. And late at night is the water outage, whoever goes to the bathroom late at night is determined to have no water for you. The door of the toilet was as rough as the room itself (pull-and-pull style). Next, I was bothered that my room was too cheap, I mean, I book a room on the app, so I would only be willing to pay the price exactly as I ordered. The landlady said that she did not know why there was such a price because she had never let the room down like that, this hole was there! But I said it would pay as a reservation. And because I was not happy, I called the phone with the app complain during my time there. However, after I returned home for a few days, my visa card was deducted :)) and the transaction was deducted here :) My payment was in place, not canceled and everything went on just as the plan is still being deducted :)))) everything is still working out. In short, this is a big trip for me, even going abroad. From the plane to the hotel room is also quite good :) but the bad case like Minh Chau has only one. When I put myself, I think this party is running the discount program so it is so soft and we don't have to ask too much for a place to stay. But then it really made us lose interest in going out! Add to that the attitude of the innocent-looking lodge as our room rate :) has never experienced such a boring service! I booked a small double bed but in the evening I checked in, they said I did not know my booking information and I had to present all the information before they let me check in.
