The location is very convenient, the road is clear when entering Hoan Kiem Lake and when the shuttle bus goes to other places, there are many shops around, near Tong Duy Tan food street, near the train street...,
The staff is very enthusiastic from the security guard to the kitchen guy and the reception girls..
With such a price, it is too OK
But if the hotel upgrades the dining room, and the rooms and bathrooms, it will be much more luxurious
Will see you again next time.

The hotel is dirty, has a bad smell in the restroom, from the hotel owner to the very service. Guests have called in advance to change rooms from 2 days to 1 day 2 rooms, the hotel agreed (with recording calls), the hotel refused, said misunderstanding. get more money. a very bad experience at the hotel. will never come back !!!

You also had a very uncultured attitude and language and disrespect to the staff at the hotel lobby, affecting other guests. You should behave properly and be more cultured

It was great. Nice and friendly staff. Especially Sarah and Henry. We felt overwhelm by their hospitality. We recommended for other guest to stay here. Nice room and clean. Just same as what they did advertise in the website :)

The hotel is clean. New enough. Receptionist named Ming really helped us with the service they have. Ming English is quite good compared to the others. The breakfast menu is delicious. There are some menus that are not served but can be ordered via the menu to the chef. For travelers who book a hotel here but don't know where to go, they will give a city tour recommendation with a pretty cheap price recommended hotel in Hanoi.
