We loved our time at Nha Lan Homestay. The family who runs the place are so nice and made us feel like family. Breakfast was made each morning at our requested time and our room, which was on the second floor in the front, had a lovely balcony overlooking the street. As a bonus, this family has been hosting people and booking tours for years. Don't use an app, use their booking services. They can help with all the popular tours, plus Laundry and postal service. They are a true one stop place for all of your travel needs. The location is perfect, in the old town, but right on the edge so it's easy to access the Beach, and other parts of Hoi An by bike, Grab car, or walking! Will definition stay there again when I'm in Hoi An.

La famille qui a le homestay est très gentille. Les déjeuners sont cuisinés à tous les matins et sont excellents. La chambre est petite. J'ai trouvé ça très bruyant jusqu'à tard le soir. Emplacement parfait car on est directement dans la vieille ville.

The room we originally occupied was hot when we arrived but cooled in the evening. We were offered a larger room with a better air conditioning unit for the remainder of our stay which was much more comfortable. Choice of breakfast was good and well presented and we were well looked after with helpful advice and access to trips.

Was for one night and left at 4AM. Hosts were very understanding and let us out and waited with us till driver came.
Room is clean and Spartan. Bed was very comfortable.
Do keep your windows closed there are mosquitoes from the lake nearby.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we have to say we're very lucky we chose this homestay! Our host was extremely friendly and helpful; from giving us advice of where to visit/eat and even helping us book transportation/tours. They even offer money exchange here for a reasonable rate. If you're ever planning to stay in Hoi An, this is the place to go! It's close to all the tourist attractions (everything walkable) and about a 10 minute walk to the hoi an night market.

This clean basic hotel is well located near the Ancient Town, a few minutes walk to the Japanese Bridge. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. There's loads of places around to do some shopping or eating.

I absolutely loved stopping by at Nha Lan Homestay! This adorable family works so hard to ensure that you have the best time ever!
They serve an amazing Cao Lao for breakfast! The best I've ever heard. (The breakfast menu offers western choices as well if you are crazy enough not to like Vietnamese food!).
The location is just perfect! 2 mins walk from the old town, 2 km from the beach.
They offer a very cheap bicycles and motorbike rental service. They are also an agency which organises tours around the area and around the country.
The room I have stayed in was very clean. Good quality for the price I have paid.
The family also bought me a ban mi for the trip back to the airport!

For excursions, scooter rent or advices, the owners are always helpful and available.
