Pastorale Villas

The location is not convenient, it is difficult to find, the quality of my personal experience is normal, maybe because I read other review, I was quite excited so in fact, I was disappointed.

Service very bad. Room and view are quite nice and clean. The only service here is not qualified for a hotel but like a campsite. When I went to the receptionist and the hostess, there was no announcement about comfort services or breakfast hours. Whenever there is a need to go to reception there is no one, so I have to go everywhere to find. Breakfast, too, had to find out because the staff was busy in the kitchen. And the food was also bad because 8:30 am was gone. There is no guard here. In the middle of the night, other guests in the room gathered in the swimming pool, sang, drank beer very loudly and bothered the rest rooms but had no guards or staff to control. There is no phone in the room to call reception when needed. Overall the hotel is very nice but the service quality is 0 points.

It's a kind of family hotel with a few staffs. The room is comfortable but the pool in the bathroom doesnt really work. The landscape around didn't look like the pictures when we got there. There were not many choices for breakfast and we were charged when we ordered more. The pool outside is small and shallow, not for swimmers. Anw, I feel good in my stay here.

The breakfast is poor and bad.

Change the guest room but do not announce full facilities in the new room for guests

Nice room, very adequate facilities, quite good service. A bit far from the center (2km) should use motorbikes to move more smoothly. The only minus point is breakfast with little choice (since we're not here to travel). Next time to Hoi An I will still be here.

When you first arrive, you will surely have a bit of astonishment like us. But walking inside is ... woww 😍😍😍 too beautiful. We book 2 rooms with lotus lake view. Early in the morning, watch the lotus bloom and go swimming. What a wonderful holiday. Thank you, master, for your joy!

I check in with my lover around 7g30. My experience with this pastorale villa is a peaceful place, where you can choose to relieve the stresses of work. I and my lover took the time to select the villas but in the end we chose this pastorale as the first destination in Hoi An. Excellent hotel, although the road is difficult to find if a taxi from Da Nang to Villa, the driver does not know the way to enter. But it's not a big deal when receptionist receptionist is also the innkeeper of the hotel, enthusiastic, attentive, understanding customer psychology and fun. Rooms are very comfortable, garden view rooms and swimming pool feel close to nature and comfortable, not including air conditioning and hot water very ok, every hour is ok at his will, no Trouble like the hotels I've been to. Villa is nice and clean, room price is relatively high. Service should be more, better and food should use fresh instead of frozen food because of the freshness compared to the price in the menu is also not without profit, if improved then nothing to complain.

The place is a bit hard to find but taxi they know. The tranquil village setting is suitable for couples, families with children should not stay in the Old Quarter.

Staffs are so friendly but this place is so far from the old town.
