3rd time coming to DL but first time encountering a case of booking a room but having to check out at night like that. The receptionist disappeared, the landlord came to reclaim the hotel? The whole hotel was deserted. The landlord came to say that the tenant owed money and didn't pay, so they came to reclaim the house. That same night, I had to book a new hotel room because I couldn't continue staying because it was too risky. It was raining and I went back to my room on the 1st floor but there was a basement between them and the room was flooded with water, no different from outside. The toilet only had 1 drain under the shower but the steps were high so the water had nowhere to go. Terrible, an unforgettable experience that I will never come back to.

The price is reasonable for everything, but the toilet often leaks, and the room I slept in was dark and there were cockroaches. With the cheap price, I don't ask for much.

I booked a room a few hours in advance, when I got there to check in, they said there were no rooms available 😂 the staff told the customer to go to the street to ask the hotel outside to see if there were any rooms left. I found this solution very funny 😊 the customer came from far away on a holiday and couldn't book another place, so they let the customer stay on the street. What an unprofessional way of doing business. Even though I was refunded and told to find another place to stay. But I feel unhappy and very upset about this solution 😊

The room is cheap but spacious and airy. It's ok compared to the price I booked. If you just book to sleep or go with a group of friends, it will be ok because the room is ok but economical. The room is like the picture

The bathroom is very neat but water still leaks out and cannot drain. Otherwise it's ok. There is an elevator that goes straight to the garage, very convenient.

Clean, good sleep, friendly receptionist, full YouTube TV. The bathroom doesn't have an outside drain so it's a bit inconvenient, but still okay and satisfied compared to the room price.

I booked 2 nights at a pretty cheap price so I was a bit worried at first, but overall it was ok. The room was clean, but it didn't smell good. Before checking in, the staff said the bathroom didn't drain outside, so I had to close the bathroom door tightly or it would make noise. I arrived at 11am and the room was empty that day so I was allowed to check in early 👌 ok. The room was also quiet, about 2-3km from the center. I chose the cheapest room, so it was a bit stuffy but it was okay, still ok. The TV had Netflix, blah blah,,, overall it was ok for the price.

Booked a double room but the owner couldn't fix it in time so they gave me a single room. The place is clean, quiet and has an elevator.

Booked a 2-bed room for my dad and sister, then was pushed down to a basement room without a window. Everyone in my family said the room was terrible, there was nothing in the room. Luckily we only stayed for 1 night and then went to another hotel the next day. Because we booked a long time ago, we didn't say there was no other room and pushed the guests down. The deluxe room at this hotel is so strange :))

The room was as shown in the photos, though it was a bit stuffy, and the bedding and towels were old. After showering, the fabric stuck to my skin a lot. The mattress cover was old and stained. The staff, however, were very good and helpful.

I don't understand why it's 9. Impressive, my experience was unbearable after less than 30 minutes and I had to leave the hotel and leave the room. My room had 2 very spacious beds, the bed was also big, but I don't understand why the room was very smelly, moldy and couldn't breathe. When I opened the toilet, I was shocked because it was so dirty. This kind of business should be reconsidered. I arrived at the hotel at 5am and called the receptionist many times but he didn't pick up. At 7am, I saw him sleeping in the room, getting ready to hand it over to me, walking out. That means instead of letting me check in early and paying for the room for another half day, the hotel didn't support me.
