The staff are the best! Seriously! They are the sweetest and kindest people. there is a cheap and delicious food shop 2 house from the hotel. The hotel offers u bike or mororcycle or car rent! Everythg was designed for the customer to feel so comfortable and easy. Food is okay, it covers all differnt type of breakfast

The staff at Queen Hotel were better than we could have expected. They were courteous, helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. We had an excursion planned for the duration of our check out day, and they offered to store our bags, and even allowed us to freshen up when we returned. I love this place and the staff

We had a nice time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was kept quite cold though, the lift and breakfast restaurant were colder than we liked, but maybe in the summer this is good. Breakfast was good and the man who took our order each morning was very friendly. The room (Standard twin room) was of an acceptable standard, quiet and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean although the shower head was not great, probably needs to be descaled. There was always enough hot water though.

The lady at reception is excellent ! Rooms are nice, beds are a little hard but not bad. They could definitely get new linen & towels, little old. Breakfast is good but the guy stands and watches you eat which is really annoying. Other than that, excellent location for food, laundry, bus station etc. Bonus of the hotel was the reception lady who provided a map & information. Excellent English and they have scooters for rent.

Fantastic staff and location. All the staff members were willing to help you 24/7. We ran out of petrol on our motorcycle and one staff who was on his day off drove to our location just to give us petrol. Very nice people and very very helpful. They helped us with everything we need. Food was pretty good for a 3 star hotel. The receptionist sorted out our bus transfers even though we booked our bus from s different company. The room was very clean and very spacious. The pillows were very very comfortable.

Decent Hotel, but nothing spectacular. Plain room, coarse towels, tiny bars of soap, and zero amenities. Also if you think it is close to the train station it is not, there is a new train station considerably farther away. Good wifi, good AC, and friendly staff make the place alright though.

A pretty three stars hotel. Room is spacious and pretty with nice paintings. Nice bed and furniture. Very decent Bathroom is big and we like the huge windows with view of the city. Wifi did not work well in room though. We like the breakfast as we could order and eat as much as we want. Nice omelette, banana pancake and freshly warmed baguette! Love it! The staff provided us with great and warm service throughout our stay be it at the reception, breakfast at restaurant or anywhere! Would recommend this hotel!

The hotel was nice, big room, but we had requested a queen bed, and were given two single beds. Staff was really helpful with booking tours around the area. There's also a really nice restaurant literally next door. Located about 9 km from Tam Coc, neighbourhood is pretty boring.
