The hotel is perfect. Room is clean and beautiful. The hotel have beach nearly. But tiramisu is not good, the cake not soft, has a little bit ice in cream. Service very good, the staff is friendly

My family and I have fun here. The food is great, landscape is impressive, lots of activities available for kids. Inside the room, furniture is bit old and air-conditioner in living room is not cool enough. Staff is helpful and welcoming, minor complaint on the shuttle from airport didn't pick us up because 10 minutes late of our flight and we were not allowed to shift to the next trip. Hope it can be more flexible next time, it created our 1st bad impression when we start the holidays.

Room was very clean and beautiful. There is a convenient free round-trip shuttle bus that is one of the few hotels in the north of the island that has a shuttle bus. Breakfast has many dishes. The lobby is very nice. Also the swimming pool into the beach area is also very nice. It's very convenient to have a tram to bring to the grand world, 10/10

The family had a wonderful stay. Even in the rainy season. Free electric cars are not afraid of wind and rain. The morning buffer is quite good. Friendly staff from the airport to the hotel. Thank Radisson !

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Phu Quoc. My first impression was of the two staff members who picked me up from the airport, they were so attentive and enthusiastic. It seems that enthusiasm is also the culture at Radisson because all the staff that I meet are very very polite, gentle and considerate. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Vuong at the beach & pool area because thanks to his enthusiastic support, my trip was so much more memorable. The next plus point is that at the resort, there are many free services such as airport shuttle, shuttle bus to the central area (Duong Dong), tram shuttle to nearby areas: Almaz , GrandWorld, Kayak (30p) and Sup paddle... make the resort experience no longer boring. The private beach in the resort's premises is very clean, shallow and has few waves, extremely safe for children. In addition, the private smart TV in the room is also very good with enough channels for in-room entertainment. The only two points that I am not very satisfied with is the breakfast buffet, although it has a variety of dishes, it is not very tasty. The remaining point is the wifi speed, on the first day I stayed it was very good, the rest of the days the speed was noticeably slower, not sure if it was due to the crowd or how I hope the hotel will fix it. Overall, Radisson is a very good place to stay, if I have the opportunity to come to Phu Quoc again, I will definitely come back.

Radisson Blu gave us a different experience. The resort will always try to meet the requirements of guests, wholeheartedly support early check-in and late check-out depending on room capacity, airport transfer... Special thanks to the front desk staff, customer care of our hotel. Resort took care and helped me prepare a birthday cake for you even though it's been 1 day. If I have the opportunity to come back to Phu Quoc, Radisson Blu is always the choice of my family and I am ready to recommend my friends to come here to relax.
