Tôi đặt phòng 1 giường ngủ cho 2 người lúc 16h. 17h tôi tới nhận phòng trong khi thời gian nhận phòng bình thường là 14h. Lễ tân khách sạn hỏi về vấn đề thanh toán, tôi nói đã thanh toán qua thẻ rồi, họ gọi check với chủ một hồi xong thông báo phòng tôi đặt hiện đã hết. Và muốn nhận phòng đó thì chờ dọn dẹp 15 phút. Còn nếu muốn đổi sang phòng 2 phòng ngủ thì phải bù thêm 120k vì giá phòng 2 giường là 400k. Tôi nói tôi không muốn chờ và sẽ trả thêm 67k nữa để up phòng 400k vì tôi đã thanh toán cho Travaleok 333k. Sau một hồi lâu họ chấp nhận nhưng lại nói rằng sau này nếu có đặt phòng thì tới trực tiếp khách sạn không cần phải qua app. Tôi không thích điều này, vì rất là không chuyên nghiệp. Nhưng sáng hôm sau tôi trả phòng thì ông chủ khách sạn lại yêu cầu thanh toán 120k thay vì 67k. Tôi không chấp nhận vì đã thanh toán đủ 400k. Chốt lại là khách sạn bề thế ở trung tâm mà vô cùng thiếu chuyên nghiệp. Và buổi tối hệ thống nước nóng bị lỗi, lúc có lúc không.
