The room is beautiful, very satisfied with the belly, looks beautiful and luxurious, it was the first day I checked in and there was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, 10 points no but. After day 2, the hotel upgraded our room, but I didn't like it as much as yesterday, it looks like vip plastic compared to the other room, it has a musty smell, the bathroom door is not there, but it's cheap so I don't ask ask much. The front desk ladies are very cute and help me to charge my phone hihi. In general, with this amount of money, having a room with such a service is nothing to criticize. I will continue to support in future trips to Da Nang, just randomly choose a hotel to stay at for the exam but who cares too much hihi

The prices are very cheap and reasonable, the staff here are very enthusiastic. The hotel is close to the center and quite easy to navigate, there are motorbike rentals here, so it's very convenient. I rate 5 stars

The lobby is gorgeous, and the receptionist is really helpful. We came so early, around 7 or 8 am, and we had booked to Ba Na Hills, and the driver will come to pick us up around 2 pm. But unfortunately, the room is still not ready due to the full house, so I was asking the receptionist if it's possible for us to take a shower because we had booked a trip to Ba Na Hills and we looked so messed-up. And she gave us a check out room to take a shower. Overall, the room is amazing, but we couldn't really see the sea view. Will be back soon.

The hotel room is not as advertised, asked the staff to say that the room is out of room but not yet updated to the app, nor informed to the guest, very disappointed, the price is still enough, only the bathroom is relatively clean, the hotel is not reputable and respects guests, unexpectedly booked on the app and still got it wrong

Staff are not professional. The profession is not good. Losing the customer's cccd . And there is no solution offered. We almost missed our flight . And we still have not received any support from the hotel ... very bad ....

M phải trả phòng ngày 28/4 , trưa hôm đó tầm 10h 40 mình có gọi điện báo trước nên lễ Tân là tính và thanh toán cho phòng mình để 11h mình trả phòng, khi đó ó nước có hỏi phòng mình sử dụng những gì, thì mình cũng đã thông báo rõ và yêu cầu lên kiểm tra phòng và 11h 05 gọi cho mình taxi để ra sân bay. Đến tầm 11h thì chồng mình có xuống thanh toán tiền phòng và có nhắc nhân lên kiểm tra phòng ( khi đó mình đang trên phòng để sắp xếp) nhưng nhân viên không lên, đến khi mình và chồng trả chìa khoá và tự gọi taxi gần đó (mình hỏi nhân viên về việc gọi taxi, thì nhân viên bảo có taxi gần đó) . Khi mình và chồng lên xe để kịp h ra sân bay thì nhân viên lễ Tân mới chạy xuống báo bjo nhân viên mới lên check phòng và xin số điện thoại để tiện liên lạc. M thấy thái độ nhân viên không nhiệt tình và dịch vụ tiếp khách kém, gây phiền hà ảnh hưởng đến khách

Đã dùng app được 5 năm rồi . Và rất tin tưởng vào đánh giá trên app . Nhưng lần này tôi thật sự thất vọng về đánh giá của khách sạn này. Thấy được đánh giá rất cao về sự sạch sẽ về thái độ của nhân viên. Và đây là sự trải nghiệm của tôi khi ở tại khách sạn này. Đến nơi là 13:40 hỏi nhân viên có được nhận phòng luôn không nhân viên nói 14:00 mới được nhận ok. Phòng của tôi đặt là luxury king sea view 1 giường . Đã thanh toán qua app rồi. Đến lúc nhận phòng lễ tân nói hiện tại hết phòng 1 giường đổi cho tôi phòng 2 giường cùng hạng như vậy (ok) nhưng khi lên nhận phòng thì là phòng trong hình 2 giường khác hoàn toàn so với phòng tôi đặt ( mọi người có thể xem ảnh của phòng tôi đặt trên trang của khách sạn và so sánh) tiếp theo lên đến phòng nhận phòng thì dọn phòng bẩn như trong hình ( nguyên 1 cái quần s*p nam để trong tủ mở như vậy và khăn trong nhà tắm để nguyên như vậy) . Gọi lễ tân bảo lên xem lại phòng giúp tôi, đợi 5 10 phút gì đó không thấy ai lên, gọi lại lần nữa đợi 1 lúc thì có 1 chị dọn phòng lên và hồn nhiên hỏi phòng bẩn hả em, tôi đã trả lời vâng . Dọn xong chị hỏi thêm câu có 2 cái này thôi hả em. ( không còn từ nào để có thể trả lời cho câu hỏi này của chị nữa). Đến ngày đi về xuống checkout nhưng xe của tôi chưa đến tôi ngồi ở sảnh còn chị tôi thì đi xuống dưới mua nước trước (vali vẫn để ở sảnh khách sạn trên lầu 1 ). Có 2 bạn lễ tân ngồi nói chuyện ở quầy. Xe đến 1 mình tôi kéo 2 vali từ trên tầng sảnh khách sạn xuống đường nhưng chắc là tôi vô hình hoặc nhỏ bé quá nên 2 bạn đó đã không nhìn thấy tôi.
