Convenient location, big road, within 50m there are supermarkets, coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants. The hotel serves breakfast until 9am. Friendly staff. Clean rooftop swimming pool. The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean. The location is also convenient, being close to the Dragon Bridge.
My main disappointments were the rooftop area's poor cleanliness (since the pub/cafe there is no longer operating) and the lack of seating during breakfast on busy days.
I'm now staying at another hotel for the remainder of my trip, and in comparison, this hotel did not meet the same standards.

Good experience when choosing Santori as a place to stay for the 5N4D trip to Da Nang. The rooms are clean, I booked early for 3 rooms and the price was just over 6.2 million. Quite satisfied. However, the breakfast dishes are not diverse, the soundproofing is not good. Overall, it is okay, next time if I come to Da Nang, I will choose Santori again.
