The staff was amazing - always trying to assist with whatever you need. The breakfast was delicious - more like a buffet with a selection of meats, breads, soups, vegetables, eggs, fruits… I visited when it was foggy but I did get a glimpse of the beautiful view from the hotel. The location is very good, only 500m or so from all the restaurants and the train to fasipan. The only negative is that the hotel is currently under renovation so there’s a draft making the room cold. I really wanted to try their spa service as well but it was closed during my stay.

I go in November is the cold season, so the clouds and the fog is quite a lot, you at night the rain falls like rain. This hotel has quite nice view, everyone, so book mountain view room to have a nice view, going in the dry season is probably beautiful and indescribable. In addition, everyone also gets 1 free meal ticket for 1 room. The food is very good. Breakfast buffet is also delicious. Thank hotel everyone enthusiastic service.

My hubby & I stayed in this hotel on 22 June 2018. Views (Fanzipan mountain, clouds, rice terrains) from the room balcony is marvellous. The room is clean, spacious, comfortable and the towels have nice fragrance (1st encounter in all the hotels I have ever stayed). Receptionist Miss Thi Ha is very professional, friendly and polite. They are able to help arrange transport from Lao Cai station to the hotel on last minute call which is excellent. The breakfast spread is good and delectable. Staffs serving the breakfast or in the lobby are friendly and polite too. Hotel is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, massage places, pubs and weekwnd night market where the tribal villagers sell their handmade handicrafts here. Sapa is a very beautiful place to trek and relax and weather is cool.

When we arrive at the hotel, we were given welcome drink. Hotel staff offer to gave us earlier check-in with no extra charges at around 11am (2pm check-in) as we arrive quite early in the morning. Everything was good just that the room there are a few insects around the corner or so. During our stay, we purchase our cablecar tickets to fansipan, rent motorbike from the hotel and also ask them to help us book a bus from Sapa to Hanoi when we were checking-out. Hotel staffs is extremely friendly and helpful. Overall this is a good place to stay.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic for walking to the Sun World area, the room is spacious and clean. I stayed for 3 days 2 nights, on the first day the buffet breakfast menu was very complete, but unfortunately on the second day we stayed the breakfast menu only provided noodles, bread, omelets and some drinks, maybe to adjust the guests who were staying. But for me who was visiting Sapa for the first time, this hotel is highly recommended, comfortable and pleasant.

The guest check-in is not the same as in the picture, we suspect that if we ask the staff, they will say it is still their hotel, others say instead of the owner. While I booked on the app 1 week in advance. The room is a small hotel next to it, there is no elevator, the toilet door cannot be pulled to go to the toilet, very inconvenient, heavy cleaning, but the door is not locked even if it is a family, it is not comfortable. The first time I put it on the app, it was so bad. If you don't have a room, then lock the reservation on the app, don't let the guest book and then send it to another hotel like that. I'm really disappointed, I haven't criticized any hotel on the app except for the cheating husband and wife and I don't have a reply about my husband and wife booking a room with a balcony, the room I received is completely different!

Room view is quite nice and spacious. The dining room is also mountainous, the staff are quite friendly. The only minus is that breakfast is not rich. I went to breakfast at 8am and almost all the bread and stuff like beef stew that day was gone and did not come out anymore.
