Aufenthalt verlängert, da ich mich hier sehr wohl fühlte . Es sind freundliche hilfsbereite Angestellte , die alles tun, damit man sich willkommen fühlt und sich mit einem auch auf englisch unterhalten und dabei Tips für die Reise geben können. Wurde anständig beraten und hab kostengünstig für jeden Tag eine tolles Programm zusammengestellt. Eine Masseurin kommt ins Haus bzw. Zimmer, bequemer gehts nicht. Bett komfortabel und vom Wasserkocher bis Waescheservice alles da. Leicht zu finden in ruhiger Seitengasse , darüber hinaus mitten im belebten Viertel. Da Hue so eine tolle Stadt ist , ist die umfangreiche Tagestour mit Johnny unbedingt zu empfehlen / aber auch die nächtliche Drachenbootstour mit traditionell vietnamesischer Musik -wunderbar dargeboten- hatte viel Atmosphäre. Würde, wenn ich mal wieder nach Hue käme sofort wieder ins Sapphire gehen. Der günstige Preis spielt auch eine Rolle - bei mir war sogar ein kleines Frühstück inkludiert.

Cực kì kém chuyên nghiệp. Đã thanh toán phòng rồi nhưng khi đến nơi thì bảo không check mail nên không biết. Dẫn mình qua 1 nhà nghỉ khác với chất lượng phòng rất kém khác so với giá tiền. Khi nói chuyện thì bảo không muốn thì trả lại tiền. Cực kì vô trách nhiệm và kém chuyên nghiệp.

Hello. Thank you for booking at the hotel e. I'm sorry that when you booked my room, the room was sold out, but I didn't lock this page in time. I made it clear that I will find a room for you if you want, otherwise, if you cancel the room, I will refund, you choose to find another hotel, when staying at Mr. Ok. I also stay up to 14 hours (extra 2 hours) without paying the surcharge for other people's hotels, I said I booked in your hotel so I'm afraid to pay for the extra accommodation, please review the room rate you booked for 1 night. How much and the time of check-in and check-out is at 12 o'clock, so you have to pay more for electricity and water for the hotel, but why did you have to stop paying. I am not satisfied because of the surcharge for overtime, so I study and evaluate your hotel every day. How can you do that, go to a restaurant with millions of dollars to pay but have 150k you decided not to pay, so the hotel gave him alms. Do you consider yourself too worthy?

Initially booked, the hotel moved to Alley 19 Nguyen Thai Hoc and renamed it to Sophia Hotel. Get a new hotel, clean rooms, full TV, refrigerator, water heater and friendly staff. Next time will be back!

the receptionist was happy and enthusiastic, the hotel was nice but the bad thing was the soundproofed room, the room next to the water heard clearly, the other room TV opened here sounded like in my room, darkened the bedrooms, the room I was only allowed to sleep, and in the morning they wake up early so I have to get up ... 😑

Nice location because of the fun walking street; Room and bed are not the same as the picture. There are brushes and shampoos but no shower gel or soap for washing hands. The air conditioner is not cool, so equipped with 2 more fans. generally uncomfortable
