The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable with a wonderful beach, friendly staff. Food was always available,the pool was clean. The only downside was it was so expensive in terms of you had to pay for extras for the beds by the pool and if you want more drinking water you have to pay!

Wonderful resort in a quiet and a little outside location. Danang and HoiAn are very easy to reach within 20mins using local rideShare. Very popular with couples and families alike. Great food and spectacular breakfast buffet!

My family had a truly great stay! Located between Da Nang and Hoi An, this newly opened 5-star hotel was spotless, and every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed, and their thoughtful service throughout my stay made it a very relaxing experience. Breakfast was also excellent. I especially appreciated the staff member who carefully prepared pho—my mother was very happy with the entire service. The swimming pool was spacious and well-zoned, making it perfect for both family fun and quiet time alone. It also connects directly to the beach, so I enjoyed taking peaceful walks by the sea. The hotel’s location was ideal—right between Da Nang city and Hoi An—making it easy to explore both areas. Part of me wants to keep this hotel a hidden gem, but the quality is so impressive that I hope more people get to discover it. If I return to Da Nang, I’ll definitely stay here again

It’s a very clean property. Friendly staffs. Far from other places so ready to get a Grab or some other transportation at your own cost. Loved the kids area and the sand box of which my 2 year old son enjoyed. It’s a true 5 star resort. There were a few communication issues due to language barrier but they all made efforts to assist. One more merit at this place is a great turn down service. I wanted to do a stand up paddle board which was included in the stays but they were all broken so only the kayak was available at that time.

Pros: Good between Hoi An and Da Nang Cons: 1) Rooms - no ventilation system, no door separating toilet and room so smell is trapped in the small room. Felt uncomfortable if you're traveling with friends or your siblings. Fridge is not cold despite trying to adjust the temperature 2) Charged on tiny things such as beach chair/tents by the swimming pool, only 2 or 3 star would charge on small things to optimize revenue to make up for cheap rate. 3) Breakfast was among the worst, no diversity, same food for 3 days, sad looking Mi Quang - one quail egg, one piece of pork belly fat and one tiny frozen shrimp with bland broth 4) Staff not operationally ready - 30 minutes late to scheduled beach kayaking without apology and even asked guests to carry the big canoe when we were waiting for 30 minutes. 5) Chaotic breakfast, no host to seat the guests so anyone could just enter and had breakfast. 6) No netflix, no HDMI cable, no chromecast and Shilla is under the Samsung empire, how ironic. In the end, i would never return and recommend to anyone. I regretted trying out new brands when should have just stick with professionally hotel management company.

로비 의자 좌석이나 조식 식당 자리에 테이블들을 너무 가까이 붙여놔서 조금 답답한 느낌입니다. 특히 이정도 레벨 호텔 조식당 의자들이 너무 붙어서 지나다닐때 너무 불편. 처음 방 체크인 했을 때 냄새가 나서 방 교체. 새로운 방도 신상 호텔 임에도 냄새가 조금 남 . 복도카펫에 에어컨 안틀어 놓으니 복도 지나 다닐때 마다 냄새가 심하고 공기가 탁함. 수영장 타일들이 떨어져 나가서 작은 타일 조각들이 수영장 바닥에ㅠ굴러 다님. 직원들은 꽤 친절하나. 건물 시공당시 실수를 많이 한듯 보임. 다시 가고 싶진 않음.

I think everything is ready for comfort of guests. Meals, environments, and so on are excellent. One thing need to add is just ATM for internationals.

로비 의자 좌석이나 조식 식당 자리에 테이블들을 너무 가까이 붙여놔서 조금 답답한 느낌입니다. 특히 이정도 레벨 호텔 조식당 의자들이 너무 붙어서 지나다닐때 너무 불편. 처음 방 체크인 했을 때 냄새가 나서 방 교체. 새로운 방도 신상 호텔 임에도 냄새가 조금 남 . 복도카펫에 에어컨 안틀어 놓으니 복도 지나 다닐때 마다 냄새가 심하고 공기가 탁함. 수영장 타일들이 떨어져 나가서 작은 타일 조각들이 수영장 바닥에ㅠ굴러 다님. 직원들은 꽤 친절하나. 건물 시공당시 실수를 많이 한듯 보임. 다시 가고 싶진 않음.
