In addition to the swimming pool, the hotel is very old, the facilities are very damaged, I booked a double room with broken air conditioning, erratic hot and cold water, the hotel also enthusiastically supports changing rooms, but the problem is very bad, The breakfast is empty, so it should be served a la carte (1 portion + 1 glass of water per person) not a buffet. The hotel should renovate the room, re-equip it to improve it. Staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Motorbikes are available for rent. and support to book island tours

The hotel is near the night market, 300m away is a plus point. Cheap price and bright buffet compared to other hotels. staff ok. the hotel is also clean, but the interior has been equipped for a long time. The small details such as the electrical outlet are tilted, the paint is not carefully painted. If it is properly invested and remodeled, the interior will be more luxurious.

Phòng hôi và cũ, giường nằm rất đau lưng, quạt thì kêu cọt kẹt. Nghe tên mình tưởng resort nhưng chất lượng chỉ xứng đáng như nhà nghỉ thôi ạ. Thấy review khen nhiều nên mình đặt, đến nơi quá thất vọng luôn. tiếc là không có ảnh chụp nào cho mn xem. Được cái là mình đặt nhầm ngày, bên khách sạn hỗ trợ đổi đúng ngày cho mình.

Mọi thứ ở đây rất ok nha, khi vào suncosy rất dễ chịu. Nhưng viên cực kỳ thân thiện và siêu đáng yêu. Được ăn bữa sáng cũng khá nhiều món. Nội thất phòng mình được sắp rất đẹp, và còn mới, toilet có vẻ hơi cũ, suncosy cần cải thiện thêm điều này là thay mới nắp bồn cầu,với những người khó tính và sạch sẽ quá mức họ sẽ rất khó chịu điều này. Nói chung mọi thứ ở đây,các bạn nhân viên rất ok, không khí ok, chắc chắn nếu có dịp lần sau mình sẽ ghé qua nữa vị trí gần chợ đêm rất ổn nha.

Khách sạn gần chợ đêm nên có thể đi bộ thẳng 1 đường là đến, kế bên có chùa cổ Sùng Hưng, tiệm tạp hóa, tiệm thuốc tây, máy atm vcb. Đồ ăn sáng ok. Nhân viên nhiệt tình khi cần hổ trợ sẽ hổ trợ liền, không phải chờ lâu. Lúc đó nhân viên mới đi dọn cho nên chăn hơi có mùi ẩm mốc và wc hơi bẩn, nhưng sau gia đình phản ánh thì bạn nhân viên đã xử lý liền. 2 ngày sau thì mỗi ngày phòng đều được dọn dẹp, thay drap sạch sẽ, nên mình vẫn đề cử các bạn lần đầu đến Phú Quốc hoặc muốn đi chơi các khu vực xung quanh thì nên ở đây.
