Everything is good so far. The hotel looks new. The room is spacious enough, new and clean. Location is also near the beach that we can walk. Breakfast is ok for me. Just 1 minor inconvenience is that there is no soap dish in the bathroom. I had to put the bath gel, shampoo and conditioner on the ground.

Arrived at 11am, the staff said the room was being cleaned, scheduled for 1pm. At 1:05pm, the receptionist said they were checking the room, then promised another 10 minutes, and then sat and waited until 1:45pm still no room. While a family arrived after me, they already had a room. My room had 2 adults and 2 children, so I still chose the 3 adults and 1 child room. The receptionist replied to just sit and wait until there was a room available. We didn't have to ask for it. We were using 4-star service. And we had missed the appointment 3 times.

The staff is ok. But the hotel is very very bad. Not worthy of 4 stars, I booked it for more than 2.5 million. But when I entered the room, there was a terrible musty smell, like no one had lived there for a long time, the mattress and blanket were itchy to sleep on, the windows were dirty, I couldn't take any pictures. Even the minimum thing is cleaning the bathroom, why can't a 4-star hotel do it well? I advise you not to book it, it's extremely unworthy of the money you spend. The breakfast buffet is cramped, messy, food is scattered, and there is no staff to take care of it. The food is little, stiff, extremely disappointing.
