The Coffee City – Healing & Retreats

The room is clean, nice, the staff is friendly but there is no TV in the room. The hot and cold water does not work well. This is a townhouse, 1 house will have about 4 rooms and we will share the kitchen and living room. It is suitable for the whole family. Traveling in the area by tram, the tram is very fast. Breakfast will be at the restaurant opposite the Coffee Museum. Food is okay

We had a trip to Buon Ma Thuot at the end of February. The coffee city hotel is located in the World Coffee Museum, so it is very convenient to travel. I was very impressed with the space and interior of the hotel room, very clean, the blankets, sheets, and pillows are really different from other hotels today. 1. Clean, beautifully designed rooms. Large and comfortable bathtub. On the first floor, the common living space is cozy and comfortable, allowing guests and friends to enjoy. Cooking or eating is very comfortable. 2. There are bicycles and electric cars, making it easy to travel to dining areas, visit the coffee museum, experience horse riding, yoga... it would be great if there was an electric car tour around the city. 3. Experience Yoga Gym and Meditation: the gym is clean, the space is beautiful and close to nature. I arrived at 6am, it was very quiet, but around 7am, the janitors and security guards talked quite loudly while the words 'keep quiet' were posted on the wall. If the security guards here could be trained to be more professional, it would be better. 4. The horse riding experience was great, my daughter really liked it. The instructors were very enthusiastic, professional and friendly. I give the horse riding area a perfect score. 5. Three-region food court: beautiful and airy view, light, clean, delicious food. Staff ok 6. Professional, cute, enthusiastic reception staff. Tram staff and security guards are also very ok. Although only staying 1 night, I couldn't experience everything, but for me it was quite complete.

My husband and I booked a room with the intention of "returning to the forest" to heal. But when we arrived, we found out that it was a townhouse. At first, we were a bit disappointed. But in return, the staff was friendly, from the receptionist to the electric car drivers and the security guard. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept well. With a room like this, you will be sharing it with other guests, so it's a bit inconvenient.

The reception staff is polite and courteous. The buggy driver is also quick and fast. The rooms are quite new, apartment-style, with few trees and fully equipped, but the curtains are a bit bright, making it difficult to sleep during the day. Because it is a retreat concept, there is no TV in the room. Breakfast does not have many options for vegetarians (only banh xeo and spring rolls with sweet soup or purple sticky rice yogurt and drinks), the breakfast price is a bit high if the room combo is not included. It is recommended to research more simple vegetarian dishes such as pho, vegetarian hu tieu, or mushroom porridge, vegetarian bread (can ask guests before checking in) ... because eating banh xeo with a lot of oil in the morning is very boring.

The rooms are beautiful, luxurious, smooth, new and very clean, cared for little by little from the glass to the spoon. Quiet space. But the most satisfying thing is still the care and service of the staff from the receptionist, housekeeping to the security guard who are all cheerful, enthusiastic and professional.

Especially the coffee is super delicious. It is worth experiencing when you have the opportunity to stay in Buon Ma Thuot.
