The lobby, elevator and common areas do not have air conditioning, hot air
I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 toilet room
The room is for 4 adults & 5 children but I went with 4 adults and 3 children but had to pay extra for 2 children over 2 years old?
The bathroom has too few towels, not enough to use
No hair conditioner
The hair dryer is very weak & noisy.

Overall, we appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate our needs, including a late check out request the next day, which was greatly appreciated. The frontline staff (both of Reception & F&B) are always friendly and courteous. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. It really set the tone for a great stay. The food here is excellent, I have been to many resorts but the breakfast buffet experience here is unforgettable :)) However, some of the staff seemed a bit grumpy for some reason, and the air conditioner was a bit hot.

The service is impeccable, 10 points for the friendliness of all the staff who always greet and warmly greet me, the room is clean and comfortable, but the hot and cold water faucet is a bit difficult to use because the hot water can easily burn the skin. If you like to go out to eat in the city center, you should choose Imperial.

There were a lot of guests but the hotel still served very well! The swimming pool was too cold, there was a lot of wind, the children couldn't swim much, the hotel could upgrade the hot tub area, it would be better!

Regarding the fact that the hotel's swimming pool does not have a heating system, we would like to explain as follows: The hotel is located in a tropical region, where the average temperature is quite warm all year round, especially during the day. Therefore, the water in the swimming pool is usually maintained at a comfortable temperature, suitable for relaxation and natural swimming. Moreover, with an open design and exposure to sunlight, the water in the swimming pool tends to self-regulate its temperature according to weather conditions, helping to bring a refreshing feeling and closeness to nature.
However, we always listen and take note of all suggestions to continuously improve our services. If you have any special wishes or requests, please contact the reception. We are always happy to assist to bring you the most comfortable experience.

The hotel has 2 main buildings, but the room was big and so comfortable. I got the room with a kitchenette and living room, so very convenient. Everything is fast and easy. They also have a casino inside the hotel. The food tastes better than any hotels nearby. Will come back again.

I arrived on a day when the hotel had many guests so I was not welcomed attentively, and was not given a welcome drink. All drinks in the room were free. There was a separate bathroom and toilet, separate bathtub, only a drain in the bathroom so it was very inconvenient for families because they had to keep the toilet area and bathtub dry. The room was nice but it smelled of old baby milk, a bit musty. The breakfast buffet had a variety of cakes. Maybe because it was a busy day so the staff were not very friendly.

Breakfast was terrible. The hotel used the excuse of protecting the environment to not serve tissues to guests and forced guests to wipe their mouths with napkins. My family has a baby who can't eat fried eggs. I asked the chef to make me a cooked egg for the baby but he refused! The room was okay. But compared to the amount of money my family spent, it wasn't worth it for me to come back again.

Very friendly staff,
Spacious, good swimming area, children's play area and swimming pool.
Limitations: There is no hot water in the swimming pool, so it is very cold after swimming.
The electrical outlets are not conveniently placed and loose, do not work with the plug.
The room is not soundproofed well, guests walking in the hallway are noisy.
