we checked in quite late and they arrange for my family the deluxe room on top floor. An amazing experience that we never ever forget

Clean. Good location. Affordable and fair for that price.

The owner is a kind-hearted and easy-going lady. The dorm is cleaned everyday. There's a rooftop with small lovely garden.

It's ok. Near the Ben Thanh Market, less than 1 km. The room is quite big but the hotel building is classic.

Beds are clean enough at that price. Location is good, near the backpacker area but not noisy like Bui Vien. Hot water is on and off, I had to struggle with it. I chose the upper bed near the windows, and it's pretty hard to get on, even though I am a slim one. Overall, it's okay at that price.

Maybe it was just not my luck. I paid for 2 nights. the 1st night, the AC in my room no cold at all, only wind, and it's a no window room. Disaster. I asked for another room, and they said have to wait until 11am. I got another room the next day, in trade of breakfast. —no window, get breakfast. window room, no breakfast. AC works fine, airflow was good. Wrong timing. U23 Asian Football Cup Final Night. Thousands of football freaks on their motorcycles with all noisy instruments fill up the road. have got to keep awake until around 2.30am. And last thing, they don't provides free compliment drinking water. We drank the bottled waters in the refrigerator, because we thought they're free. And we have to pay for them on check out. *sigh* —and the nearest 24 hours convenience store is 8-10 minutes walk.

I think the hotel does not qualify for 2 star rating.

The owner is very cute, warm, enthusiastic. Rooms clean, comfortable, okie service
