phòng hôi mùi ẩm mốc, quá nhiều bụi làm tôi và người nhà khá khó thở. Nước rất nhiều tạp chất, tôi bị dị ứng với nước ở khách sạn này. Chăn gối bẩn, ẩm và có mùi. Tv, vòi tắm nhà vệ sinh hư không dùng được. Lễ tân không thân thiện, nói chuyện không nhìn mặt khách hàng, nhân viên không phụ xách đồ. Tôi đến sau giờ check in 2 tiếng nhưng vẫn không có phòng liền phải đợi 15p mới có phòng.
